Teaspoon Augusta — Restaurant in Evans

Sadly, my first Teaspoon experience did not go as I hoped it would. My significant other and I walked into the store a little after 7pm to Cardi B (uncensored) playing loudly on the speakers. At first no one was behind the counter when we initially walked in but a young lady came out and welcomed us after apologizing that no one was at the counter. She mentioned they were understaffed that evening and the other young lady came out to help. After I looking at the menu a couple minutes I placed my order, but was informed that there was no milk in the store and that "the last shift didn't leave [them] much to work with". That left only a couple options so only my S/O ordered. As I was trying to figure out what I could order, some friends of the two workers came in and the four began talking...I didn't really get any help with the menu after that. Overall, my S/O was happy with his selection and I decided to go somewhere else.

I know this is a newer store and the staff are probably still in training so I understand the growing pains. I will probably try to go Teaspoon again and hopefully test out some of the drinks...

February 2025 5 Star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since my initial review in Sept 2024, I decided, by the advice of my daughter, to give Teaspoon another try. WOW, what a difference! It was delicious! The staff was different as well; this likely played into the beverages being made correctly.

I ordered the Guava Sunset, 25% sweet w. Less ice. DELICIOUS! It now ranks as my favorite boba shop in the area. Note: Double Boba $$ is worth it😃🥰

The staff is super kind and thoughtful. There is a young lady who works there in the afternoons; she is amazingly helpful and kind! (She wrote the nicest personal message on the top of my drink) Thank you.

Likewise, Mya is super sweet and smiles in a welcoming manner every time!

The ambiance is pretty and relaxing, which was always the case! Thanks again Teaspoon for...

Clean Friendly Helpful Pleasant Patient Delicious

When I can’t go to my favorite tea place, I can go to Teaspoon because of their later hours. Teaspoon does close unexpectedly sometimes. They were closed the last 3 times I tried to go. I do like stronger brewed teas, but I still have found everything delicious. You can choose the sweetness level for many drinks. Gracie has helped me several times and is very kind, friendly, and pleasant. I think the same of the other two ladies that have helped me. I know pleasant service is supposed to be a given, but I still appreciate it and want to acknowledge my appreciation.
