Good help is really hard to find and it shows at this location. I ordered three plates, two of which were teriyaki chicken, specifically requesting the teriyaki sauce on the side. In addition, I wanted white rice with my orders. I was told it would take 45 minutes to make it. Why is it not already made? I can make rice in half the time at my house, so how is it that a full scale restaurant takes 45 minutes plus to make something simple as rice? Ask for 4 cokes, and am told that coke in the fountain is not available. I instead have to purchase bottled. Mind you, the time is just past 4pm. I get up to the counter, and see the cashier fumbling with the 4 cokes. She asks me if I would like a bagā¦..Iām like if you are having a hard time holding four cokes, why wouldnāt you just take the initiative to bag them up for me the customer, without having to ask???? I get my bag of food and before driving off I check to make sure the teriyaki sauce is in there. Of course itās not. I tell the cashier that I had requested the sauce on the side when I originally ordered and it was not in the bag. It was at that point that she decided to do basic part of her job and ask me what sauce I would like. I get it then drive back to the house to find that there also werenāt any utensils. Like I have seen on a few other posts, the noodles were dried and shriveled up due to being sitting for to long. Yet another reason I wanted the rice. Luckily I was at the house, but if I had gone elsewhere I would have been livid. These things Iām pointing out are basic functions of the job and show not only horrible management, but also a total disregard for the customer. For it not for the customers, the restaurant would cease to exist. I really hope the owner reads and takes action. If it werenāt for the location, Iām fairly sure this one would already be shuttered. Wait until a competitor comes in and steals all the business. For me, I will drive the extra little bit further to the next Panda Express when I want it again. Or, until a competitor opens up in the same...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCompletely disgusted with this location!!! Tonight, my family decided we wanted to eat there after my childrenās football games. We walk in the door at 8:26ā¦I know this because I had double checked the time before we walked in, knowing they would be closing at 9:00. Out of respect, I didnāt want to be that person walking in 5 minutes before closing! However, 34 minutes is a different story! As soon as we walk in the door, an employee looks right in our direction and says āreally!?!ā My husband, who is usually a very easy going guy asks the cook ādo we need to leave?!?ā The employee turns around and pretends not to hear my husband. No one greeted us..everyone seemed annoyed we were even there, as they were scraping the bottom of the bowls for whatever they could salvage for any stragglers walking in the door! The manager, (Julius, I believe?!?) thought it was comical and had a smirk on his face the whole time Iām speaking to him about how his employee treated us!! Donāt have your doors open until 9:00 if you are not going to take care of your customers until that time! My kids were extremely disappointed, as they love Panda Express. This location will no longer have our business, and Iām going to be sure to contact their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLike any chain, I expected this place to suffer from a certain amount of mediocrity and it lives down to expectations. The staff were friendly and responsive. The environment was new and ācleanā having just opened. The actual cleanliness was another story. The restaurant had a high proportion of sugar saturated children who contributed to the sheen of food residue on the tables. The drink station was liberally splattered with multicolored syrups that had dried to a sticky Jackson Pollock.
There was a large selection of main courses that predominately featured breaded and fried meat bits. Nearly all were liberally tossed in a sweetened, corn starch thickened sauce that is well known for harboring massive amounts of oil. The only identifiable spicy component of my spicy beef was red bell pepper. This brought the spicy level to something identifiable but below the sugar and starch level.
All the for an amount of money significantly higher than a mom and pop corner carry out place. Iāll be going back the the...
