Staff is always amazing and friendly. Zero issues with them or the restaurant, I think this is more of a corporate issue with being cheap. The ratio of protein to add ons is about 95% to 5%. I ordered 3 serving of the Beef Broccoli and got enough Beef for 2 bites. I know it comes mixed and they are probably told how to serve it, and to overload it with broccoli because let’s face it, broccoli is much much cheaper than protein. But the consumer is losing their pants off when it comes to value. I’ve happily attached what my plate looked like after separating the items. Sadly this happens here and at all locations. When you ask for more meat and call them out on it they say they ā€œhave to do it that wayā€ and that’s probably the truth but I feel like I’ve run out of chances to give them. I can go to any Chinese food place and get just as much for that price to feed myself and a friend. Here it’s like getting a kids meal. So somebody consider quality control for the sake of the people that will keep coming.

I tried them a few times at different times thinking it was poor service because of rush hour, late evening, etc. But it didn't matter. The craziest thing is how I ordered Green Veggies and no rice, yet I'm pretty sure I ended up with someone's leftovers. This is what was in my plate that I was supposed to give to my kids. Absolutely did NOT eat this. It was obviously just thrown together from another order. Disgusting. Just gross. 2 stars because last time I got a manager to fix my order but I go through drive through because I don't want to have to wait for someone to fix it every time. Management means well. I just think it's the people gathering the order.

First time eating at Panda Express. As we entered the restaurant, I noticed the eating area was pretty dirty. Considering the amount of traffic I saw, I figured they’d keep that area clean. I understand how the busy time might require more labor but that could set your place apart. Either way we cleaned our table and ordered rice with string bean chicken and orange chicken. Our waiter Gage was absolutely amazing. Very vocal and knowledgeable of the menu and it’s contents. Food was good. Bathrooms were clean. Please keep the dining area clean! Gage stopped this from being a 3 āļø. #Emerald

Good help is really hard to find and it shows at this location. I ordered three plates, two of which were teriyaki chicken, specifically requesting the teriyaki sauce on the side. In addition, I wanted white rice with my orders. I was told it would take 45 minutes to make it. Why is it not already made? I can make rice in half the time at my house, so how is it that a full scale restaurant takes 45 minutes plus to make something simple as rice? Ask for 4 cokes, and am told that coke in the fountain is not available. I instead have to purchase bottled. Mind you, the time is just past 4pm. I get up to the counter, and see the cashier fumbling with the 4 cokes. She asks me if I would like a bag…..I’m like if you are having a hard time holding four cokes, why wouldn’t you just take the initiative to bag them up for me the customer, without having to ask???? I get my bag of food and before driving off I check to make sure the teriyaki sauce is in there. Of course it’s not. I tell the cashier that I had requested the sauce on the side when I originally ordered and it was not in the bag. It was at that point that she decided to do basic part of her job and ask me what sauce I would like. I get it then drive back to the house to find that there also weren’t any utensils. Like I have seen on a few other posts, the noodles were dried and shriveled up due to being sitting for to long. Yet another reason I wanted the rice. Luckily I was at the house, but if I had gone elsewhere I would have been livid. These things I’m pointing out are basic functions of the job and show not only horrible management, but also a total disregard for the customer. For it not for the customers, the restaurant would cease to exist. I really hope the owner reads and takes action. If it weren’t for the location, I’m fairly sure this one would already be shuttered. Wait until a competitor comes in and steals all the business. For me, I will drive the extra little bit further to the next Panda Express when I want it again. Or, until a competitor opens up in the same...

Completely disgusted with this location!!! Tonight, my family decided we wanted to eat there after my children’s football games. We walk in the door at 8:26…I know this because I had double checked the time before we walked in, knowing they would be closing at 9:00. Out of respect, I didn’t want to be that person walking in 5 minutes before closing! However, 34 minutes is a different story! As soon as we walk in the door, an employee looks right in our direction and says ā€œreally!?!ā€ My husband, who is usually a very easy going guy asks the cook ā€œdo we need to leave?!?ā€ The employee turns around and pretends not to hear my husband. No one greeted us..everyone seemed annoyed we were even there, as they were scraping the bottom of the bowls for whatever they could salvage for any stragglers walking in the door! The manager, (Julius, I believe?!?) thought it was comical and had a smirk on his face the whole time I’m speaking to him about how his employee treated us!! Don’t have your doors open until 9:00 if you are not going to take care of your customers until that time! My kids were extremely disappointed, as they love Panda Express. This location will no longer have our business, and I’m going to be sure to contact their...

Like any chain, I expected this place to suffer from a certain amount of mediocrity and it lives down to expectations. The staff were friendly and responsive. The environment was new and ā€œcleanā€ having just opened. The actual cleanliness was another story. The restaurant had a high proportion of sugar saturated children who contributed to the sheen of food residue on the tables. The drink station was liberally splattered with multicolored syrups that had dried to a sticky Jackson Pollock.

There was a large selection of main courses that predominately featured breaded and fried meat bits. Nearly all were liberally tossed in a sweetened, corn starch thickened sauce that is well known for harboring massive amounts of oil. The only identifiable spicy component of my spicy beef was red bell pepper. This brought the spicy level to something identifiable but below the sugar and starch level.

All the for an amount of money significantly higher than a mom and pop corner carry out place. I’ll be going back the the...
