This WAS a glowing 5 star review and it is being changed to a terrible one star thanks to the HORRIFIC experience I’ve had with one of the rude managers here. Her name is chanea. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and poor customer service. I was a regular customer here for a year now, with some ups & downs along the road- but overall pretty decent. Up until today. I placed an online order and immediately realized I wasn’t going to be in that area and needed to cancel so I called right away to do so. ‘Chanea’ answered after 5 calls in a row and said there was nothing she could do and I had to go through the app. After DRAGGING that information out of her (which was wrong) i received a response from the tropical smoothie app/ company telling me I needed to contact the store if I wanted a refund. I tried calling 40 more times. Yes 40. She did not pick up the phone once. I was forced to get in my car and drive out of the way to go to the store to ask for my refund. Once arriving, she was extremely rude, standoffish, and disrespectful. She ignored me when speaking multiple times, responded extremely unprofessionally, and spoke over me to other customers. I have never been treated with such disrespect by another human being. Finally after standing in the store for 10 minutes arguing with this girl, the owner showed up. The girl did not tell me that anyone was coming to help me, or make things right, or say anything at all. she just stood there on the phone talking about the situation and myself. Finally one of the owners showed up to refund my money. He was nicer than the girl working, but not by much. I’ve felt out of place, or not welcome thanks to the staff in this establishment quite a lot before, but this confirms it, I will not be stepping foot in this location again and I will be making other people VERY aware of this terrible experience. But now today I ask for my smoothie no banana's due to my allergy(My throat closes) , my Fiancé can't have kiwi's(His face is currently itching), well they got the orders mixed up. So instead of smoothies we are now on allergy medication trying trying to get through the day while at work. They gave us a refund at least. Oh and the other review down below, never recieved a call back, only a 6 dollar gift card. So let that be a reflection on the company. My fiance is going back to the store. Both of our smoothies tasted like chemicals and extremely watery. I have a headache, throat burns and stomach hurts, I only took 2 sips of mine and a sip of his because his throat burns as well. I don't know what's going on, we can't call at all phone is "busy". But I'm in pain and have work in a hour. I hope I can do my shift. Update: they remade it and refunded us, they told us they think it was sanitizer/bleach that wasn't washed off fully. My stomach still cramping. Read moreTypically go to this spot a lot on Washington road. Generally great experience. However, today my girlfriend and I went in to order food around 4:30. Order was turkey apple Dijon sandwich which usually is awesome and a detox smoothie. Received drink quick but when sandwich came out, it was wrong. Order was entered wrong as a chicken apple Dijon instead. Upon telling the employee who rang it up, she created a second sandwich which also wasn’t what was originally ordered. Upon notifying her, she decided to create a third sandwich using parts of the second sandwich and adding any additional ingredients that were missing. This included the turkey, bacon, and some of the kale salad. She added additional kale salad. She didn’t make much of an attempt to conceal this and even disputed with another employee that it was the same thing so it didn’t matter.
