First, I will always try to support veteran owned businesses over others. I will always do my best to support locally owned businesses over others. And if its a locally owned, veteran owned business even better. That said. I was "whelmed". I was neither overwhelmed nor underwhelmed with Rally Point Grille. They are trying to cater to a niche audience, pushing jargon that is primarily used by military veterans / members. The plate shown in the photo is the Medevac Meatloaf. An 8oz portion of meatloaf with BBQ sauce spread over it. On the menu it says it is "glazed" with BBQ sauce. My idea of "glazed" is when the sauce is cooked on the meat and rendered down somewhat. This was standard fare meatloaf with BBQ sauce squirted out of the bottle onto the piece of meatloaf. The meatloaf was unimpressive even a little dry. I got two sides, french fries and onion rings. While I was not in the kitchen, my guess is that both are frozen and re-heated. The fries were good as far as fries go. The onion rings were tolerable. Tracie had the All American Grilled Cheese and she mentioned it was good. She also had fries. My plate was $18, the grilled cheese was about $14. Service was good. If a little impersonal. Nothing to complain about at all. I truly hope they can make a go of it. Because they are local and veteran owned. Unfortunately, I don't have much hope.

I got the hamburger with the fried egg on it. I don't remember what they call it It wasn't bad, but I asked for onions on my burger. They gave me one very small ring of red onion. I wanted medium rare in my burger was more medium. Got the French fries, and they come in a canteen cup. They weren't bad, but they weren't very crisp either. But quite edible. So burger, fries, and iced tea. Good, but I'm not sure it was worth $20. The place kind of caters to veterans and active service members. I don't really like a place that suggests a tip. Their suggestion was just under $4. Like I'm going to tip $4 when the server spent maybe 20 seconds with me. It was different in the old days when servers got a few dollars an hour plus tips. These servers make more than I made as a college professor. And that's what they get paid per hour.

Not sure if the past restaurants in this building have the same owner and just keep rebranding. But if so, I understand why. We were told right away all the food they were out of, so we were limited to what we could order. I was very underwhelmed with the food and service. I ordered SOS and as someone with a military background I was shocked when I was brought out biscuits and gravy. I explained to the manager that the food I was brought wasn’t that, and was mansplained that SOS is made with white gravy. I got only a teaspoon of beef in the gravy. The biscuits were hard, like they weren’t fresh. French toast initially didn’t come with syrup and when we asked for syrup, it came cold. Presentation and taste of the food was poor. Will not be returning.

Bottom line up front (TLDR) - Save your money. Concession Stand fare shouldn't cost $15-25 a person. There are fast food burgers and fries that are cheaper, quicker, and better tasting around the corner. Bland, lifeless, and inflation-struck prices will lead you to wonder why you didn't stay home and eat leftovers instead.

Recently, I went here for the first time (and my last).

Service was decent/good. The owner greeted us during our meal and the wait staff was pleasant/nice. We didn't get a mid-meal "check-in" for drink refills or other things, but not a big deal.

Atmosphere was nice. Military decor was very thematic, but felt like I could've been in a recruitment center at times instead of a sports bar/restaurant. Speaking of the bar, it looked very nice and roomy. Huge TVs for those wanting to watch a big game (or the Big Game). I didn't drink, but the drink menu seemed like it had some good options.

Food was mediocre at best. Burger patties were fresh, at least, and cooked perfectly to the temp we ordered... but couldn't have been a gram over 4 ounces. I expect a $13-16 burger to start around 1/3 lb. Seasoning on everything was bare minimum. Fries, buns, and likely many other things are just store-bought and reheated from frozen. All dipping sauces tasted like the most affordable off-brands you can get Costco or Sam's in bulk.

Overall, the food tasted like it simply had no effort/put into it. A family of 4 eating here will cost around $65-70 with a tip, bare minimum. Appetizer and drinks will easily put it at $100+. What should you get for that money, even in these inflation-adjusted days? I don't know, but definitely better/more than this.

We all went home hungry and disappointed we didn't choose one of the "dime-a-dozen" Mexican Food Restaurants in the area.

To use a military term the owners and possible guests may know, this establishment is severely lacking in their "attention to detail". I won't be going back; there are a dozen burger joints within 5 miles that either 1.) more bang for the buck or 2.) 1 or 2 tiers of higher quality.

As a fellow veteran, I really wanted to enjoy and support...

This place has been a regular visit over last year for us. Weekly, but that's over.

Unfortunately it has been a steady decline. Read some of the more negative reviews in last 60 days and you will see a trend. I truly believe those reviews are more honest than the 5 star ones. This never was a 5 star, a 4 maybe. Multiple servers come to you, but still you don't get what you need, last night one of them was absolutely on something. Doubt if you want but no doubt in my mind. We ordered our drinks and appetizer, got the app but no plates, still no silverware, and still no drinks. Plus server shot right off. Another new server, now we are at three servers, came by and asked if we needed something, yep, drinks, silverware, and plates would be nice. Which finally did come, separate of course and two different servers. Then food came, my water and one of the guest's diet coke was empty. The waitress did ask about coke and did get the refill. Totally missed the water. That got filled when we were about to leave, when I asked again. As for food, embarrassment is best description, for me evidently not the restaurant. We brought a newbie, not the type to complain but I'm sure she thought about it. And she ate less than half her food and barely touched appetizer. The cheese steak sandwich which was OK (do not think Philly here) in the past has become questionable at best. The meat particularly. The tater tots which usually are as good as it gets, they flat out looked like someone stepped on them. Totally in pieces and mushed, all of them. No way they should have been served. Unable to eat. Discussing. I wish I had took pictures. I had the Reuben, I ate half, dry and nasty, couldn't figure out why, till this am when I looked at the half I brought home, no sour kraut. It's in the garbage now. The mushrooms, well I found the missing salt shaker, just joking, dripping in oil and salted to death. I use to love them. I'm leaving it at that. I can keep going. I want my 70 bucks back.

Hope they get it back under control. Serious training of staff is needed. Front and back. Some decor...

Tried this with a friend. Both of us Veterans and eager to support a Veteran, military themed restaurant. I hope that I can return and update the review. I had previously rated Suite 10 located here. This new place is just trying to get started, and you can tell. Visiting on a weeknight, and the service was not great. It looked like one server and one bartender. Maybe one other person, the owner, making rounds. But the service was slow for the amount of people, but I don't feel it was a reflection of the server. The place is basically a burger joint. If you like burgers, this might be the place. There are a few other options, appetizers, full bar, etc. I opted for a Reuben, side of fries, and a one top shelf drink. The total was about $23 without tip, which I think is a bit high for what I got, granted I had one drink. Reuben and fries plate I think was about $13-$14. Most sandwiches were about that price with one side. The feel of the place needs some refining. Food and drink menus were paper, so water stained and crinkled up. Food taste was on par with a burger place, nothing special. Thought being military themed and Veteran business we would ask about Veteran/military discount, and there is not one, which is okay. Some restaurants have the discount and some do not, but I think this definitely appeals to a military/Veteran crowd. I would love for this place to be better, hopefully it grows into something great. I'll return in a few months and see. There is just so much competition for the menu items sold here that I would choose other options. It needs a compelling reason for people to go, and I hope they...
