Employee's are not honest. I called to see if they had a phone that I wanted was in stock. The lady on the phone was polite and she responded immediately with a "yes" . That was a tale I should have picked up on because they didn't even check their stock or looked it up on the computer. So I drive up their from Grovetown (15mins) and I walk in the store and both the employees were not busy with anything and one was just checking the phone as the other was just doing something else and was not greeted until I broke the awkward silence. I told one of the employee (I think his name was Shelby) that I wanted a new phone (Samsung J7). The lady walks over and she told him that she'll take care of me and takes Shelby to the back. Later they come out and told me that they didn't have the phone that I wanted. I told them that I just called and you informed me that it was in stock. They said that they just sold it after I called. This was a total lie because if they just sold it they wouldn't have gone to the back to see if it was in. They told me to go to another store in Martinez because "it was in stock". I asked if they were sure, which Shelby responded with a "yes, we are all connected". I asked if they could call before I go and sure enough when Shelby called they were out. So they were about to send me to a different store with a lie. So...
Read moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced from anywhere. I had ordered a replacement phone through t-mobile customer support (my note 9 has the charging issue that is common and I had explained that to them and the customer support) and had it shipped to this store. Upon arriving, Austin came (he was amazing) and helped me setup the switch to the new phone, when a woman came up and said "we can't exchange your phone since it says moisture detected " I asked her to check the ldi (liquid damage indicator) which she did, and I asked to see it which she refused. And said the ldi said it had seen moisture. I couldn't charge my phone to Google the ldi, but I was pretty sure that the ldi couldn't have said moisture because it has never been wet. When I got home I googled it and saw the pictures and now have proof that the ldi was not wet. And she either lied or doesn't know anything about phones. I love t-mobile but for crying outloud at least hire someone who graduated high school and/or who can at least be somewhat respectful...
