Starbucks — Restaurant in Evans

Tonight I stopped there thinking they were open because all the lights were on including the large display sign that you see from the highway. As I pulled around to order at the drive through everything was on, no sign said they were closed and no one said anything so as I drove around to confirm they were indeed closed, a worker ignored me as she walked out of view behind the machines. Now it was not a big deal about them being closed but without a sign and it being lit up like it would be if they were, I don’t understand why someone could not just tell me sorry, we’re closed. Instead she chose to ignore me(there were 3 ladies there) I wasn’t being rude, and understand they close at a certain time but why know that I am sitting there to order and ignore me there, when I pulled around, then when I got to the door and saw the hours of operation on the door….the one that looked like the leader still ignored me. At least I know now they close at 8:00, next time I will get my medicine ball earlier at...

This is the BEST Starbucks in the Augusta area when it comes to speed, accuracy, friendliness, and I have frequented almost all of them. Even some of the baristas recognize me from other stores and say they prefer this store.

GOOD: service, customer recognition, cleanliness, speed (even if it is busy they acknowledge you and it doesn't feel like they favor either the cafe or the drive-thru over the other. They have only been out of an item on display on the case one time.
