If i could give ZERO stars for service, I would. I am not one to typically make reviews but this was absolutely a horrendous experience. My friend went in to grab some food last night AN HOUR AND A HALF before closing and of course the staff was incredibly rude and had already closed up kitchen. They said they’d take his name down and DIDN’T even do that. You people are working an easy job throwing ice cream into a bowl and have a step by step cooker for the food you carry. There should be no amount of laziness or complaints coming from any of these workers. My friend finally went back today and they tried denying him a remake of his food, while we are trying to help you by not making you refund us. The girl at the front needs an attitude check, we were still trying to be nice even after being treated like scum and like we were the ones in the wrong. I hate Karen’s but man did I want to go off like one. Please hire new staff or get your stuff together. Otherwise, just drive 4 more miles down the road to an ACTUAL GOOD DAIRY QUEEN and save your...
Read moreI stopped into a newly remodeled DQ to pick out a ice cream cake for my sister's 30th birthday. They had one already made that was exactly as I wanted to order, complete with the white icing & pink roses & writing. When I asked to have it personalized, Nick was right there, ready to add my request to the wording, even though I was prepared to wait & pick it up the next day! He even had the perfectly matched pink icing bagged & ready to go & wrote out my request before I'd even paid for it! He added my name to a label (reserving it for me til the party-time the next day!) My aunt picked it up the following evening (without any difficulty) & brought it to the party for me. The restraunt refrigerated the cake for an hour or so, through dinner, & by "cake time" it was thawed just enough!! It was a hit! Everyone commented on how beautiful & DELICIOUS it was!! So, thank you, Nick, for being Johnny-on-the-spot, & doing...
Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars! A couple weeks ago my husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a blizzard. I should have suspected something when they handed it to us with a lid on it rather than flipping it upside down to show how thick it was before handing it to us . I immediately took the lid off and began drinking it before we got back out on the street. I say "drinking" because it was thin as water. If you have ever had a blizzard, you know they are thick and meant to be eaten with a spoon. This one was a thin soup with nuts floating around in it. If I hadn't known how tired my husband was, I would have asked him to turn back around so I could give the soupy mess back to them and tell them what I thought about their service. This has happened more than once at this...
