Brand new place that had opened up recently (May 2022) and it's already my new favorite and go-to place for Boba.

The flavor is amazing. They don't use any powders, only REAL fruit in the drinks. So far I have tried the

The regular tapioca pearls (Chewy Bubble) have a nice chewy texture with a classic brown sugar taste. However, there are many other pearl types/toppings you can experiment with.

Cups have a higher quality feel than other local shops and use less plastic (no plastic wrap cover).

Taro Bubble Milk Tea (0% sugar, chewy regular bubble) - My first time trying real Taro in my drinks and it's SO GOOD. Way better than all the powder drinks I've had before. You will notice a lot of taro sticks to the sides, but all you need to do is close the cap and give it a nice shake until it all comes off. If you like taro don't hesitate to order this.

Classic Uji Matcha (0% sugar, chewy regular bubble) - Authentic matcha taste, strong yet flavorful taste. Very nice presentation as well with the whipped cream topped with matcha powder.

Da Hong Pao Bubble Milk Tea (0% sugar, chewy regular bubble) - I wanted to try something different and decided to go with this since it's quite popular. Has a strong, kind of bitter taste. However, it's a rather nice contrast with the sweet taste of the boba. If you add some sugar I believe it'd be a really nice drink.

Super Fruit Green Tea (0% sugar, chewy regular bubble) - I wasn't a fan of it, has a sour-bitter taste. There are cuts of fruits in the drink including lemons and the seeds sometimes get sucked into the straw. Lovely service ! My friends and I tried different drinks so here’s a detailed review : Matcha Creme Brulee 5/5 : we got 70% sugar and light ice. It was perfectly sweet and had an authentic matcha taste ! Alsooo, the bear cups are so cute !

Creme Brulee Milk Tea : 70% sugar and light ice. Very good and the sweetness is just right ! It tastes exactly like creme brulée.

Cheese Foam Strawberry Tea : 50% sugar , light ice. Tastes like actual strawberry and had a good balance of flavors. Very refreshing!

Four Seasons Milk Tea : One of my friends got it with 70% sugar and it wasn’t sweet enough and she didn’t taste the tea. My other friend got it with 100% sugar and said she liked it a lot.

Only cons : the drinks were pretty expensive (more than other places in Downtown Evanston) so maybe they should consider a student discount like other places!!

I would rate this place 3.5. Super clean, friendly, efficient place with fresh boba, but the flavors need to be stonger to justify the price. Even with the organic milk part,I am not too sure of the price. Drinks themselves have just a "hint" of the flavors. Their bobas and other toppings are solid tho! Tofu pudding was surprisingly good.

For instance, the matcha creme brulee. I didnt really feel the matcha flavor.

Mango pomelo cheese foam drink. I am doubtful they used the real pomelo but grapefruit. They are two different fruits.

Brown Sugar Milk swirl. It definitely needed more brown sugar.
