Every single time I go in to pick up an online order, there is an ingredient missing. The first couple of times I let it go, no big deal. But then it just kept happening. And I always tip 15 to 20% in the app as well. This last time I picked up my food, carried it to my car and then checked the ingredients. Of course there were two ingredients missing, plus they gave me the wrong type of chips. I bring it inside, they are very kind and offered to remake the sandwich and do it right. I appreciated that very much. They made the sandwich and I checked it when I got to the car, and lo and behold, there's something missing. I didn't want to bother going back in so I called instead and the manager adamantly told me that he was looking at my receipt but I did not order black olives. I happened to be also looking at my receipt and I did see black olives. He said no, he made sure and double checked that everything was on there correctly. Despite the rush hour, they managed to keep the line moving swiftly without compromising on the quality of service.
The sandwich artists took great care in preparing my meal just the way I like it, even offering suggestions for sauce pairings that turned out to be spot-on. The ingredients were fresh, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

However, when the White customer behind ordered their food, the woman was supper friendly and asked ( and I quote) " How May I assist you today?" I then watched and this employee was continuously friendly to the White customers. When I attempted to address this issue with the woman, she rolled her eyes at me and then said ( and I quote) " I don't know what you're talking about," then walked away from me and began service another white customer in a very friendly manner.
