The Supreme Burrito #1 — Restaurant in Evanston Township

I've been coming to The Supreme Burrito #1 for years, but I'm officially breaking up with this place. Won't be back again. They've messed up my order every time I go. I ALWAYS specifically ask for cilantro and onion, but most of the time, they give me lettuce and tomato instead, which I hate. This time, they got my order right, but it was WAY overpriced! $20 for a 3 taco dinner and horchata? The dinner comes with a drink, but the guy at the front charged me full price for the horchata instead of just an upgrade fee. The food isn't very good anyway - all of my recent orders have lacked flavor. Limes apparently don't exist here. I have to drown these in salsa just to semi-enjoy it. Taco Bell is better at this point. Lastly, I get bad vibes from the guy at the front who overcharged me. My wife and I have been ordering from here (via GrubHub) a few times now and - honestly - this place is awesome. Each time I’ve placed the order I have requested extra-extra cilantro for my wife’s meal, and they do not/did not disappoint! The king burrito is delicious, taco dinner is great, and there has yet to be something we ordered we did not like from The Supreme Burrito. I will absolutely continue to place orders through GrubHub and also via phone-in, thank you guys for always coming through and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and addition of ridiculous-amounts-of-cilantro for my wife....

My sister comes here all the time and raves about their food. I love Mexican food and it’s so hard to find authentic restaurants here in the suburbs. I finally Found THIS GEM AND ITS DELICIOUS FOOD! We love everything here specially the tacos dinner and tres leches. Everyone who works there is also wonderful, nice, and attentive.

We really appreciated that we got refunded back the tamales we ordered because we forgot to pick it up on the counter. We love the friendliness and honest business of this place. thanks Mauricio!!!
