Chava's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Evansville

Rivaling that of Chipotle, Qdoba and Moe's Southwest Grill, Chava's Mexican Grill steps up to the plate (bowl?) and delivers fast service, amazingly fresh ingredients and friendly staff. With more cultural authenticity than the aforementioned competitors, this local iteration of our south-of-the-border heritage serves Evansville's Northside by offering a fast(er) food version of Los Bravo's.

Prices are in line with it's competitors with one wonderful exception; they do not charge a premium for certain meats. Want steak in that burrito? Same price as ground beef or chorizo.

Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed. The place is nice and clean, but not extravagant. They spend their money where it matters most to customers. The food. During the rush, they may not be room to sit anyways, just...

Chavas is a mexican restaurant that specializes in burittos and bowls. You go through an assembly line like you would at subway or hotheads. If you want a recommendation, steak burito with queso and medium sauce. Make sure to ask for medium and not mild as the mild is more of a salsa. Unless of course thats your thing. Food is always delicious.

Chavas also has a really cool members program. Takes like 15 seconds to enroll at checkout. On sundays and thursdays you get a text message about a coupon for typically 2$ off an order of 7.50 or more. Hence why i mentioned we go...

So I just clocked out of work, and I decided to go get some dinner. I went to Chavas for the first time in my life. Let me put yall on something, first I give the lady at the counter a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on service, she was so fast making my burrito, and she filled it to. The burrito that I got was so delicious and packed with flavor, this place has got good prices for the amount of food you get.
