I write this review while making frozen pizza. After driving back all day from out of state we came home and ordered pizza from the on-line order button on the Nobel Roman’s website. We placed the order at 5:50pm and our confirmation stated our order would be delivered by 6:30-6:45. Not too bad I thought as we were exhausted. At 7:18 I called the store as we still had not received the delivery. The girl on the phone said they use Slice a third party for delivery and that they had not come to pick up the order from them yet but they were on their way. After telling my fiancé, he just drive there to pick it up, even though he had been driving all day. When he got there, they said they didn’t have our order, that Slice picked it up a long time ago contrary to what we had just been told 10 min prior. While standing in the restaurant, they said we could place a new order and it would be a 45 minute wait. He asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that and we would have to request the refund from Slice then they would request a refund to them. They were not apologetic for the mishap and not willing to make it right in store. We then were able to request a refund through Slice with some additional effort on the phone with a slice rep. Read moreI used to love NR. Not now. So much salt on the breadsticks they were nearly inedible. The sauce on the pizza was so sweet it was like eating candied pizza.. We were given our menus but no utensils (I had to go get those). Our server was only at our table to get our appetizer order, check to see if we were ready to order food then take our food order and that was it until he came to ask about to go boxes. We told him we weren’t happy with the food. When we went to pay the gentleman ringing us up said “there’s nothing I can do about it if you don’t like it” and charged us full price. No apologies or anything. Won’t be back here again. I used to be an assistant mgr for the original Noble Romans back in the day and let me tell you if a customer was dissatisfied with the service or food we would make it right not tell them basically they are out of luck. Read moreMaybe this place was having a bad night. I am giving a one star cuz the pizza was really good. And they took our order relatively early. But actually getting our one medium and one large pizza took forever, there wasn’t many people there either. We talked with a guy at the bar who overheard us talking and said he was waiting a while just to close out his tab. There were a lot of workers there too, so I don’t know why it took so long. One worker was just hanging out looking at you tube while other workers were running in circles. Their credit card machine wasn’t working too, which I know it wasn’t there fault but it just added to the aggravation already. I would recommend just hiring better staff. That’s another thing that’s hard with the country right now people are desperate for staff. We not go here again unless we wanted to kill time...
