Absolutely the best at being the worst I drove 10 minutes extra to avoid an Arby's with a 3.1 rating for this one with a 3.4. I can't tell you how overrated they are at 3.4..... The front counter person took several minutes to show up, and acted like it was an inconvenience that I'd like to order. 20 minutes went by, my order hadn't come out yet (I did a classic roast beef and curly fries, as far from exotic as possible). Went back up to the counter, and literally as I approached everyone within sight (except for the counter person, who was completely absent) scattered to the back. A few more minutes of waiting, and the front counter person finally showed up, once again seemingly annoyed that I dared be there, and stared at me like she had no idea why I might be there (didn't ask if she could help me, etc). I asked if my order was coming up, she had no idea what I could have ordered (not surprising, it was 20 minutes ago), and I gave her the order number. She said "oh yeah, we're waiting on fries." As a side note: the fries had been sitting in the fry basket since I came up to inquire about my order. She got the fries, and then realized the sandwich wasn't done either! 25 minutes at this point, and literally nothing had been done with my simple order (I was not the only one). Finally got my meal and the fries were stone cold. If you have a craving for Arby's, try to convince your mind/body to crave something else....
Read moreOkay let me start by saying I will never visit this location again I had just been diagnosed with leukemia and was on a Saturday morning just to get out of the house drive it was approaching 11:00 and I decided to stop in Arby's and I saw they had a prime rib sandwich that had peppers and onions and cheese on it and it looked good on the menu I ordered the sandwich and I was the only person in line the lady that took my order was an elderly lady and as soon as she took my order she proceeded to walk outside and talk to a gentleman in a red pickup truck as I sat at the drive-in for 10 minutes waiting when she came back she handed me my sandwich and large drink which was $8.98 I took the sandwich to the edge of the parking lot and opened it up and the first thing I noticed was no cheese on it but I just figured it was in the bottom of it or something the next thing I noticed it was it was cold again I wasn't sure about the sandwich so I ate it cold then I get home and I see the commercial for this sandwich and it shows the sizzling hot grilled onions and peppers and a toasted bun which mine was not and the meat all steaming hot with melted cheese all over it let me tell you that was not the sandwich that I got I will not try this location again and if that's the kind of service that they always give you can forget it I will make sure I post this on Facebook and all other social media...
Read moreI order Arby’s from the Evendale location through DoorDash frequently. I always have an issue with not getting enough Arby’s Sauce. I ordered today, 10/24/20 at Approximately 2:00pm and afternoon I placed my order I called the Arby’s Evendale location where my food was coming from and talk to the female manager on duty and Specifically ask her to make sure her employees put Arby’s sauce in my bag. My order arrived and no sauce! None! Not one pack! That is Unacceptable! Poor customer service to say the least. Especially when I called and talked to a manager asking her to please make sure I get a few packs. After I received my order I called her back and told her There was not one single pack of sauce she replied with “well I told them to give you some”... Unacceptable!! I will no longer order...
