I placed two separate orders on the mobile app for pick up, one took about 20 minutes which I wasnt mad about they were pretty busy. I placed the second order about 5 minutes after reciting the first order because i figured since they were still busy it would take a while so I had time to eat, i gave it about 30 minutes until I went and asked about it and even then I was standing there for about 10 minutes and I had to yell over the counter to get their attention, i explained that I was waiting for an order I had placed over half hour ago.. she looks for the order in the system then just walks away and starts making other peoples order.. I ask again about 5 minutes later if theyre going to make my order any time soon? And she exclaims. " she said she already gave you the order." At that point I got a bit aggravated and told her no she didnt this is a different order and she just keeps telling me again and again "she said she already gave you the order." With an attifude so I started arguing back and forth with them and they ask me to show them the order.. so I did.. then they start making other people's order AGAIN. I wait a couple more minutes and went to ask them AGAINN if theyre going to make my order and they tell me again "shee said she already gave you the order." Then of course my friend that I was with came up and started explaining it to them in spanish that it was a different order and they drop the attitude and make it. Like okay?? Because im not telling you in spanish you have an attitude with me about it?? Not even the first time the spanish problem has occurred while I was there. Always have an attitude with people who dont speak to them in spanish. Anyways, the worst thing out of this whole interaction that really put the icing on the cake was that when it was all said and done and they realized they were wrong, they didnt even apologize.
