Taco Bell — Restaurant in Everett

I always go to Taco Bell and get some late snack but yesterday I experienced too much waiting in time I was in line a drive-through about an hour the driver in front of me he was picking order on his phone to make deliver it while I’m here waiting behind him Waiting on a drive-thrue to pick up my food and I was getting real upset while the guy on front of me he was show in his phone at the window to the employee for another other so the time been waiting my time to aprouch at the window I ask the tacos bell what was so much delay in the employee told me the guy was picking orders is picking on the guys phone I think Taco Bell should change their policy because my food was soggy so the time I got my food very unhappy with this this kind of service I never had a bad experience At Taco Bell I hope to change your policy to minimize the wedding timer for all the people in drive-through it’s not fair that other people had to pay the price for one guy from making money out of it I know people try to make a money but is it this policy have to be change waiting one hour to get your food It is not an option So please Taco Bell make some change minimize to you waiting time for all the customer thank...

The food was typical taco bell nothing special, still wish they had Chipotle Burrito, but oh well, they still have a A great chicken taco, and awesome cinnamon twist, my son loves there Baja blast soda. Now the lines, omg could they get any longer, either they don't have enough people working or the people they have don't know what there doing, which is weird for this place, it ran great for years, they hired the right people and trained them right but now a day not so much, maybe they need to retrain all there cooks and window people to make the line move a little bit faster. I got there at 7:02, my car was probably 10th in line it was before the doors when I pulled up, I didn't pull away till 7:38 omg 36 minutes in that line and there was no getting out, when the car qith his music so loud my ear drums could feel it in my car, i could feel the vibration from his bass. Not taco bell fault there, and he did pull away couldn't stand to wait i guess.. juat saying beware of the lines you might think oh they go fast not this one...

I called the very next day to speak to a manager !! But couldn’t get thru , so I’m typing it here!!

These guys were awesome last Saturday. We were waiting for our food when we were called about our son having a. Emergency. My wife ran out the door and I stayed behind asking the guy at the register to please hold on to our food, telling him we would come back tonight. He said okay, but when I reached the lot I heard WAIT!! Someone ran out with our box of tacos, we said thanks, we’ll be back later . We jumped in and were pulling out of the parking when someone else on the team ran to the car flagging us down with our huge party nacho tray . We were so thankful and like... wow! This Taco Bell crew took evasive action, all hands on deck !

We got out of the hospital the next day. We never would’ve gone back at all. Our kid is better, we ate Taco Bell at the hospital then Nachos for breakfast.
