Yesterday at 7:40 am. I went in to get my coffee and I was waiting patiently for someone to approach me or for the car infront of me to leave so someone can take my order. I was getting annoyed when I realized the girl working the window was having a 5 min convo with the car infront of me! I have a job to get to and those two are yapping away! Mind you the customer already had gotten her coffee order so therefore its time to keep the line moving! When I got to the window the girl seemed bothered. As I was giving her my coffee order she was giving me a stank look. When it was time to pay she snatched my credit card! I have had the same issue with this one particular girl before. Seems like she is bothered by me. This isn't the first time she is rude to me. I never complained because every other barista there has been kind to me. They remember who I am and how I like my coffee. Either this girl just is unfriendly all together or doesn't like Hispanics. There is also a tall slender caramel complexion girl who acts the same way. I never ask them to redo my coffee even if they get it wrong. But this one time it did hurt that I had just paid damn near 10 dollars on my coffee and they didnt get it right, therefore I asked them to re do it and the girl look so annoyed at me and she didnt even apologize . Again I normally love the girls that work at this location and they treat me so well. They know I am a straightforward with my order and always tip. I am a regular customer and now feel so uncomfortable going to the location if this is how they are going...
Read moreIts after 8pm in late Nov, about 40 degrees outside in Everett. I decide I want a latte to warm me up. My normal stand was closed so I drive across town to DC. I am not a daily/regular customer and today I was again reminded why. I have yet to receive what I ordered the first time. A XL or 24oz triple shot hazelnut latte. This stand gets it wrong every time, and I ask what was made and I alway get a different answer. When I ask to have my drink remade I am made to feel guilty as if I miss ordered. The remade drinks have never been great. Kinda like sending food back at a dinner, You don't want to eat what they remade for you. Today I received some iced drink, Not what I ordered. "Iced" has never been in my order, Ever. I told the server that this drink is not what I ordered, And after a very deep breath she said she would remake it if I like. If I like? I'd like what I ordered the first time. And no I do not want you to remake the wrong drink again! What really sucks is that its prepay, So I added a tip before they even started making my drink. Otherwise I would have refused the drink served to me. I had search for "what is a latte" to verify I hadn't gone crazy. This was a waste of my time and money. 2 things I learned on this visit, I don't like ice in my coffee and I don't like Dutch...
Read morePlaced an order on the Dutch Bros app while sitting in the drive-thru, since no employees were taking orders outside. When we finally reached the window, we were told we had to park and wait. We asked them to cancel the app order so we could just place it directly with them and receive our drinks faster(Logically that would make sense but no!), but were told that wasn’t possible and we’d have to deal with it ourselves through the app.
The real issue was the staff’s complete refusal to provide a solution or even acknowledge the problem. Every question was dodged, and instead of helping, they just pushed us to park and leave them alone. No logic, no effort, no apology.
This was a problem created entirely by their process and made worse by employees who showed zero accountability. Honestly, the only way we could’ve forced them to figure it out would have been to sit in the drive-thru and block traffic.
Bottom line: their app is useless, their staff is unhelpful, and this location clearly doesn’t care about customers. Don’t bother...
