Nathan my host was highly rude & offensive to me. upon reaching the drive-thru he tells me to hold on which is okay but after he was ready & I wasnt he proceeded to tell me multiple times I can take your order when you're ready even after I responded stating I am not ready yet. After I placed my order when I go up to the drive-thru window he is shoving a drink tray towards my car while shouting"I need money!" I said yes I know but I can't take 3 large drinks & hand you money at the same time as it can spill in my car so I asked for the drinks individually. As he handed me drinks he rolled his eyes at me several times. He even squeezed one of my drinks so hard that my tea spilled over & the top popped off. Instead of replacing the tea that he spilled he just put the top back on & handed me the wet cup. I ordered (3)4 for 4 meals & 2 meat patties for my dog. I was confused because he was handing me 4 bags so I let him know I only ordered 3 meals to avoid him giving away others food. He looked @ me as I was stupid, sucked his teeth & told me "it's the beef patties!" I said ok, thank you. he handed me the bags rudely and shut the window. Upon checking my order the ranch I requested was missing. I politely smiled &waved to let him know I was still at the window. he opened it and said yeah what do you want. I let him know I have not received my ranches that I asked for. He rudely ask me "they weren't even in the bag ?" slightly shouting. I replied no. he got the ranches all while rolling his eyes then proceeded to shove the ranches in my hand and shut the window oh while his co workers looked and smiled at him agreeingly. Shortly after I parked my car and I called to speak with the manager whose name is Heather I complained about how rudely I was treated with Nathan and asked if there would be corrective action. I did not receive an apology. I left my feed back on their survey and well.

Read moreThe only reason I'm not rating this place two stars instead of one is because they managed to get my combo right. This is the second time I've ordered Wendy's on Uber Eats. The first time they messed up a salad. Come on? A salad? It's not hard. The second time they managed to completely miss any toppings for my salad. I have a bowl of lettuce and chicken. I ordered a side of apple bites on the side to add to my salad and they neglected those as well. I attempted to call back as I understand these things happen, I worked food service myself in high school. What I don't understand is letting the phone ring. And ring. I called three times. Not a thing. I also understand that it gets busy during rush. Again, what I don't understand is when I attempt to call later in the night and they still allow their phone to just ring. I won't be wasting my money on a place that can't figure out how to put together a salad. ITS PRE MADE. YOU JUST THROW IT TOGETHER AND THEN YOU IGNORE ME. Should've known about Wendy's because of the way they treated employees at another location a couple years ago. I stated I understand things happen. I give any place I go to three strikes. Management seems to have entrusted everything to store managers which has meant a decrease in quality. I am not being too hard, I pay for hot food not lamp warm food. My 2nc to last visit I specified the fries should be HOT, the window clerk was actually the night manager. He said yes certainly, i'll make sure of it. Closed the store after me so I was the last order, (it wasn't late but they were preparing to do some overnight renovations). Then gave me a bag with the fries at the bottom, which were cold and closed the window. I could not get anyone do I called and was told if I came by tomorrow they would make it right. I did and they gave me another bag of cold fries. I complained and was asked to park and wait this time the fries were fresh and hot but unsalted. I am grateful for hot fries but it took 3 trips.
