This has been my fourth visit to Lee's Hoagies and every time I've been there I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes for my order to be completed.
What impresses me most about Lee's is their legel of customer service. While I was paying for my order today the young man behind the counter asked me if the TV was too loud, how I'd like my order bagged, if I'd like a little more salt on my fries, etc. The way he asked was notable too, as it wasn't the rehearsed, monotone speech expected from a store cashier. It made me feel like he took a genuine interest in my order, which I greatly appreciated.
In addition, the second time I went there I paid for my order in cash. Unfortunately for myself, I happened to be a few coins short. Instead of apologetically informing me that he wouldn't be able to sell me it, the man smiled, said "That's alright," and knocked what I was short by off the charge. The third time I went there I reminded him of this, and I asked him to add the charge he took off to my then-current order. He declined saying it...
Read moreThis place has gone down drastically. Used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Apparently since the new owner took over the place isn't making it. Their orders are constantly incorrect and the customer service is terrible. Owning a restaurant isn't for everybody. I've ordered sides that were rotten (jalapenos in the fridge). Even after they mess up, I continue to order trying to give them the benefit of doubt and the manager tells me I don't need to order there any more followed by get out of my store. As if I'm the one that messed up an 8 year olds dinner. Oh no worries. Your restaraunt has turned into trash and I want no parts, just like the rest of Mt. Laurel. I'm the customer. We talk. Your struggle is real. Lol good luck...
Read moreThe counter guy was polite. Boyfriend wanted a hoagie so we stop by. I came with little expectations and left impress. If you want your money worth give this place a try. Don't let the sizes fool you. I thought a mini was like Jersey Mike Mini and it will take four bites so I got a half size cheese steak. The sandwich was huge enough that I couldn't finish the other half (about 10-12 inches long ). The bread was very soft. My only critique is could have use some seasoning, hit it with some black pepper and oregano. Overall i wasn't upset about it. Very delicious. Fries are worth the money too. Bf got the Lee South Philly sandwich and was impress (he picky). We...
