Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Evesham Township

DO NOT GO HERE. The other day I came here and ordered one item. The owner was the one who served me and completely over charged me. He said the total came to exactly $5. I've gotten this item before and it was never exactly "$5." I questioned it before I paid but he insisted it was the correct price. After I got my ice cream, I calculated how much it should have been and added tax and I was definitely overcharged. When I approached the owner and showed him that he indeed did overcharge me, he insisted I wasn't adding tax. When I told him I did include tax, he tried telling me the ice cream cost more than what the sign said. Then realizing that other customers were watching, he shoved a dollar bill at me to make me stop talking and because he knew I was correct. Who else is he overcharging everyday? It's unacceptable and illegal. I'll be contacting corporate. Its not about the money, it's about making me look like I was a fool even though I was correct. I recently went to this Rita’s and was extremely disappointed with the service of this place. I ordered a Oreo Blendini and a lot of people were new working there so I understand that they will make mistakes. So I wanted for about 20 minutes with tons of people in line patiently waiting line. A lot of people behind received their deserts before me. When the lady finally finished my order I noticed it was completely wrong. A Oreo Blendini comes with Chocolate custard, Chocolate water ice, and Oreos. While she gave me Chocolate custard with chocolate chips. So I politely said to her this is not what I ordered can you please make it again. Instead of being polite and listening to the customer, she instead got angry at me and said sir we have a huge long. She tried blaming me for the long line but fails to realize that she nearly took 20 minutes to complete my order while some people had up to three orders and her coworkers were getting their orders done at a efficient pace.
