I was first in line this morning at 8:15 to order my coffee and pick up a dozen donuts for my staff, 2 other employees were making drinks behind the counter. I continued to wait for about 5-10 minutes. A manager in a white polo got a small hot coffee for the customer behind me without any acknowledgement and began to ring him up. "Bob" as the customers team polo said paid and I looked at them both as the manager in the white polo asked if I had been helped out (which I hadn't). After Bob's transaction completed, it was my turn I asked for a dozen assorted donuts and the manager behind the counter repeatedly looked at me for choices as if in a rush. He asked if I wanted anything else I said my coffee order. I asked if he could scan my Dunkin Rewards in which he almost hit me with the scanner. Paying with cash, he handed me my change, crumpled the receipt and threw it on the counter. I needed that receipt for company records yet he handed me the crumpled one. When it was my turn, he had an attitude and kept walking away before I finished ordering. I asked if he was okay, and when I requested cinnamon on my whipped cream (not sprinkles), he still didn’t listen. I asked another employee for help, and he rudely demanded a refund. This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered in 31 years. He was disrespectful and should be fired. I work at Starbucks, and I always treat customers with respect! Read moreWas not impressed at all I have gone there a couple times and it was alright. Today not at all . There was one person ahead of me I ordered and the manager said they were making more ,which I had no problem. The problem was more people came in and the workers acted like they've never had more than 4 customers in there at a time . Patiently waited for my order, as the people after me got their orders first ...ice coffee as well ... She hands me two ... I proceed to ask where the other two are ...then ask if these were even made right . Could have guessed they were not. Sorry but last time I got to that one ....
