FD Subs — Restaurant in Ewing Township

Today I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, a sandwich I have ordered before from FDs. The menu description states it comes with blue cheese dressing. No mention of any other cheese. Additionally, every other cheesesteak on the menu says on detail what cheese is on the cheesesteak. A reasonable person would assume the menu description was complete... and that the blue cheese was the cheese. Especially since I ordered it before and it never had American cheese on it, only the blue cheese dressing. Well, this time it came with American cheese, which I cannot eat. Not to mention, hardly any buffalo sauce or blue cheese dressing. So I called back as it seemed like an error. The girl on the phone was rude, and said even though it didn't say that on the menu and despite the fact I ordered it before and it didn't come with it, I should have known it would be on there. I've worked in customer service for ten years and that was one of the worst examples of customer service I've ever seen. I won't be ordering from...

Horrible experience!!!!! Got the buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken tasted like fake rubber chicken. I went to the oriental lady up front and told her it didn't taste right and she literally took a piece of it out the freezer, hit it on the counter top to break it open to show me it was real and then threw the same broken piece back into the pile in the freezer! It still looked fake when she broke it in half. I stayed relaxed and asked nicely if i could order something else. She tells me only the same thing can be ordered even though I just got done telling her it didn't taste right and after seeing her throw that other piece, that she hit on the counter, back into the bag. She was extremely rude. Her other coworkers looked scared of her and looked at me like as if that's how she normally is! Horrible horrible Horrible!...

The cold Subs were okay but they could have added a little more meat for the price. Too expensive for the value.

The hot sub I ordered a whole chicken parm and when I got home I opened the sandwich it looked okay BUT when I took a bite it tasted weird andwhen I opened it up and looked at the chicken the breading looked gray. I was pissed.

The 2 cookies I got looked good they were wrapped up but when I tasted them they also had a weird taste.

The staff don't even look like they want to be there. I would have went back but I have a weird fear of someone doing something to my food.
