Horrible!!! Great management, but The worst delivery in the world.!!!! No lie.. I ordered a large plain pizza (no toppings).. A.k.a easiest pizza to make. All jokes aside. The guy who took my order told me ahead of time that it would take about 45 min to be delivered.. (Totally understandable). Considering they only had one driver.. (Whose car was rlly old and obviously did more than just deliver pizza.) I ordered at 3:09 p.m Tuesday.. I called again at 3:55 to see if i would be able to add on a coupon to my order.. The manager (very professional) asked my name realized my pizza was already on its way (i live 5 mins away by car) apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a $5.00 compensation on a future delivery. Around 4:29 I called again to see why a 5 min drive was taking 30+ min. Again he apologized and explained that the only driver they had may take a little minute because of his older model car. They guy arrived around 4:45 (no apology.. No explanation). I ordered a large and it looked to be a medium.. My total was $13.44. I handed the guy $20.45. He turned away as he counted my change. He then turned and nervously handed me back $6.00 as if i was a kid who couldn't count.. I asked for my missing dollar.. He gave me my dollar and apologized , but it seemed as if he knew he didnt give me the right amount.. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. IF I COULD GIVE HALF A STAR IWOULD.. AND THAT HALF IS ONLY FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!!!!!! Of course i went and got my money back... This was a huge waste of time.. Im not angry, im just upset for myself and who ever else may ever order from them a receive this poor service.. Read moreIf I could give this place a negative star I would. This place took two hours to deliver my pizza. When I called to ask when my pizza would be delivered, I got the run around. I am located approximately 1.5 miles away from the pizza hut. When the driver finally arrived, it was the wrong order. When I called for a refund I was put on hold. I hung up and called back. I was placed directly on hold for a total of six times after calling. No one answered the phone, I was placed directly on hold. I had my friend call from her phone and was able to get threw. When I began talking to the so called "manager" he hung up on me. When I called back the "manager" which states his name was "Q" which he claims was short for Quana (fake I know), took my card information down once again as well as the expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back. I felt funny giving away this information so I immediately cancelled my card and called another Pizza Hut location to ask them about their refund policy. The other location assured me that my card number or any of that information was not needed. All of my information was already in the system, and all they had to do was pull up my receipt, and that Pizza Hut does not like giving back refunds. Read moreIf I could give them 0 🌟 I would. I ordered my food at 651p and was told my order would be delivered in 100 minutes. At 851p (120 minutes later) I call to check on my order. I was told my order could not be found. The kicker is the money was drafted from my account! I spoke with someone who was rude and very nasty. I ask to speak to the manager and her reply was she was the manager. I told her she needed to work on her customer service and if she had a resolution. She then stated that they can place my order or give me a refund. I asked if the order would take another 2hrs and she said it depends on the order because they are sold out of everything. My reply is why would you offer to place my order if you're sold out?!. She hung up on me and when I called back no one answered. I called about 5x's and finally get someone who is located in TX. Apparently, they use an answering service who put orders in for them. They kept transferring me to a dead line. After about an hour, I speak to someone who say I will be refunded in 3-5 business days. They lack customer service and need to screen their employees better. I will NEVER order...
