Subway — Restaurant in Ewing Township

This location is now being run by Spanish ladies, which in of itself isn't a bad thing, but you can expect them to talk trash about you in their language if you ask an innocent question. For example, I ordered a 12-inch sub that I hadn't gotten in over a year, and I learned that swiss cheese and sweet peppers have been discontinued. I love sweet peppers on my sub, so I asked one more time to confirm that I understood correctly if sweet peppers were discontinued. At that point the lady switched over to Spanish and was speaking to her coworker with a dirty look on her face. I can only assume they were making fun of me for asking the same question twice. I may not understand what they were saying, but their body language told me all I needed to know. If they want to be rude, they shouldn't be in the service industry. The last time I went to this location over a year ago there were high school/college age kids running the shop, and they were always very polite. I can't say the same about...

The other sub shops in the area definitely have much better subs. The only thing that made this Subway worth it was that the coupons brought the price down, but this location now does not accept ANY Subway coupons despite sending them to the town in the mail. This makes it feel like a scam, because you go in expecting to pay one price with the coupon but instead then end up having to pay full price if you still want the sub after discovering that. So if you have a coupon, don't bother going here. And if you don't have a coupon... Still don't bother, because the other sub shops in Ewing all have much tastier subs for equivalent prices. (The general employees are nice though, I don't blame them for this, obviously whoever owns it is the one responsible for this...

I work in the same shopping center as subway is and unfortunately i don't have other option for sandwich besides this location on my lunch break. Let me tell you , they hire very inexperienced and unprofessional people. Multiple times they messed up my or my co workers order and when you call them to mention there is no decency. No apology, the owner Rekha won't even bother to answer any questions!! The people who work there mentioned that they are trained to not to give you a receipt unless you ask for it so any mistake made on that order can not be reported to corporate since you don't have...
