As my sister put it, this place had a "strong masculine energy." not that I felt safe or even threatened but the fixtures are bare bones, the staff and customers were mostly male, and there was a distinct sense of greasy dirtiness. That being said, we ordered over the phone and didn't have to wait long. Orders were correct. I got a jalapeño bagel that wasn't very spicy. Bacon was thick and juicy and well-cooked. The yellow American cheese was gross. I've had a better BEC bagel. My sister got the pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Pork roll was well cooked. She said the bagel could have been toasted longer. I guess this is all subjective. Tbh, we've passed this place dozens of times and always thought it was permanently closed. Good to know it's open, and we'd probably stop back here if it was on our way.

I normally respect the business but this morning in particular I believe I was racially profiled and disrespected by the owner after asking a simple question. I questioned the price where as each item was priced differently than what was listed on the paper menu and the ones on the screen. He proceeded to let me know he can charge whatever price he wanted for each item ordered. Cool I was going to just pay it but he started getting snarky. He was upset by my questions and started clicking his tongue and raising his voice and making sounds similar to African tribes to mock me. I would have went farther as I do not tolerate disrespect however, I already noticed Ewing Police Department was parked in the parking lot before I entered this establishment. If I could give no stars I would and his haircut gets a negative 7.

Let me tell you this place has really good food. Nice and clean. I purchased 2 bagels 🥯 with bacon, egg and cheese . Very fullfilling.. They definitely aren't stingy with meat on the bagels 🥯. Second I ordered my mom a omelette wrap with homemade potatoes on the side 😋. Definitely going here for breakfast bagels. I ordered ahead like 5:45am picked up @6:00am. No complaints 😉

I have never had an experience that’s compelled me to write a review before, and am very sad to have to give this review. I placed an online delivery order, waited 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time just to check in on the status of my order, since it hadn’t yet arrived. It took 20 minutes of calling before someone picked up. When I got through, I was told that they don’t do deliveries on weekends, even though the website took my address, gave an estimated delivery time, and made no mention of this claim. I asked for a cancellation/refund because I was unable to pick it up, I was asked to hold for a minute, and I was left on the line for 25 minutes, hearing business go on as usual in the background. At one point, I called with my spouse’s phone, where someone picked up and left the phone off the receiver, leaving me with the sounds of the business in stereo. After this full hour of trying to get in contact with them and being blatantly ignored, I hung up the phone. I’m still not sure if I’m receiving a refund, but what I do know is that we will no longer be taking our business here. We loved this place before the move and waited for them to reopen, but their poor quality of customer service was...

My initial visit to this establishment was over a year ago, it left me with a negative impression. Due to poor customer service, I chose not to return. However, due to weather conditions and a visit to a nearby store, I decided to give it another try hoping for a different experience. Thinking that perhaps everyone has an off day now and then. Unfortunately, my second visit was just as disappointing. While I was placing a very simple order glanced over, two staff members proceeded to look directly at me laughing and talking about me in another language. As I noticed their interaction, my mood shifted from feeling happy to being uncomfortable and confused. It was clear they were disparaging me for no apparent reason, despite my being polite and kind. The prices extremely high not worth it. It’s hard to understand why any paying customer would be treated this way, especially when they’ve done nothing but show respect. This experience was unsettling and unprofessional, and it has solidified my decision to never return. Two strikes are more than enough—there’s no need to try for a third. I would not recommend this...

Let me start by saying I live 30 minutes away. After work I placed a pick up order, a simple bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I arrived home to discover they forgot my eggs. I called the store and spoke with a very apologetic and professional person by the name of Andy, who offered to remake my sandwich again if I returned that day. Again I live 30 mins away. Due to the inconvenience, Andy took off $5.00 for any future orders. I called 4 days later on my way home from work, on the morning of 2/3 to place another order and told the person on the receiver per Andy I was to receive $.5.00 off my order. The guy tells me "It was only an egg, I'll take $1.00 off. Why would he tell you $5.00?" He starts arguing with me on the phone, over an issue that was originally their wrongdoing. I'm not returning, and made my family aware not to either. There's 2 - 3 different bagel delis within the areas, I'll frequent there instead. Great consumer service starts with recognizing the issue, followed by resolving the problem. Not only would I recommend a consumer service class, but proper...
