Dunkin' — Restaurant in Exeter

Appropriately 9::00 am ish on Saturday January 8 , 2022 😱😠Went inside for take out to get 4 Blueberry muffins and 1 dozen donuts after the young man took my order and money he proceeded to talk to 2 other young men that came through the door for work there, that morning as I stood there watching while 4 women waited the take out window meanwhile the young man that took my order oviously was more interested in socializing with the other 2 young men while 3 ppl came inside to pick up orders and left , I was very patient until one women from the window saw me standing there and asked if she could help me and I told her that I was waiting for an order when the 3 young men heard me and then acted pretty stupid towards each other. The young man that took my order should of been a little bit more attentive and respectful when I said to him ""I DON'T HAVE ALL AFTERNOON"" and then his co-workers razed him about the donuts, saying just put the donuts in a box ,before putting my muffins in a very small bag when he should of put them in a box. After he handed me the muffins he got a box and had to ask me what kind of donuts I ordered . For the second time I told him what kind I wanted as he put them in the box. He acted in my opinion that he was more interested in socializing with the other young men. 😱😠😠😠💯OMFG SERIOUSLY that's was the worst service ever in my years of getting food @ Dunkin's When I walked out he was polite and said have a nice day. I almost lost my temper but I crossed my arms and stepped back just watching in horror and couldn't believe this was actually HAPPENING SERIOUSLY 🤣🤣🤣 I thought to myself oh well it takes a variety of ppl to make this CRAZY WORLD THAT WE LIVE IN OPERATE . It was BAD BAD 😅 It was the Dunkin's on Portsmouth Ave in EXETER.ONE BAD...

Went to this location a week ago Ordered my drinks, went to window, paid for my drinks. Then I waited....and waited...and waited... Finally a girl came to the window and tried to hand me food and asked for me to pay. I told her I already paid, that's not my food, I'm waiting for my coffee. She looked at me like I was stupid and asked what coffee? I pointed to the counter where my order was sitting. Got my order and left. Went to that same location today and was told I am banned because the manager doesn't like the way I spoke to his employees. Like, because I told her I already paid? Because I told her she was giving me the wrong order?? I'm ok with being banned. There are other better dunks in town. I love how an incompetent employee is praised while a valued customer is turned away. By the way, before posting this I went through my banking...I spend..gulp..over $300 a month at Dunkin donuts. I will transfer my sales....

The food is normal Dunkin food, donuts are fresh as they can be, coffee is made as requested I have found. The sandwiches seem to be a little rushed. (Ever get that kinda cold side of a sandwich where the cheese isn't melted??? Well that happens 4 times out of 10 here lets say). They are super busy and do move the line. Parking is hard, drive thru is good but the turn in and out is difficult. Drivers beware. Best part about this location is the employees by far. Super nice group of individuals, mostly seem young. Very friendly and upbeat. I just moved to the area and I visit the location almost daily. Happy to have my local Dunkin donuts have such...
