I found the internet ordering system frustrating. I called the store, spoke with the manager, and explained what had happened. He then told me to come in because my order should not take long to prepare. I then asked if he could take my order, to which he answered that we do not accept orders over the phone. As you could imagine, I was already feeling disappointed. But when I arrived, I realized he was the only guy working tonight, so I said, "Hello, I just spoke with you over the phone." He responded, "Oh, yes, hello," and addressed me by name, signaling that he was listening to my concern on the phone. He told me that he had reached out the owner but the order had not gone through, so I showed him the charges on my card. He said, "Give me a minute," and contacted the business owner again. Then gave me the phone and told me this is the owner. I described the matter again, and he informed me that the request did not go through, and I am unable to compensate the charge for the order. The owner additionally suggested me to get his cell phone number from the manager. If the charge doesn't disappear or get refunded in your account, please contact me, and I will make sure to reimburse it to you. So, despite this, I go to place my order, and the manager decides to continue assisting me, demonstrating his concern for his customers. He was quite pleasant. We had a little conversation about food, as he was preparing my meal, he apologized again for the terrible experience I had. I took the time to write a review not because of a negative online ordering experience there, but because I was quite happy with the effort made by the team. Especially from the manager.THANK YOU 🤝 YOU ROCK, SIR! The food was fantastic, especially the steak and shrimp burrito 🌯 BOOM BOOM sauce is a must MMMMMMM. If I had to criticize something about the food, I would suggest toasting the burrito slightly. However, this is optional. I didn't ask. Last but not least, there was no parking available, so I had to park illegally. Thank you for your time, and I hope...

Read moreI really wanted to give Bubbakoo’s Burritos a 5-star review because the service, setup, and vibe are absolutely on point. Unfortunately, my experience with their General Tso’s Chicken Burrito left me feeling violently ill shortly after eating. While everything else seemed great, I can’t ignore the potential food safety issues.
I strongly urge the staff to revisit their food handling practices, especially when it comes to keeping chicken at the right temperature and ensuring it hasn’t been sitting out all day. Food safety is critical, and it’s something that needs immediate attention.
As much as I’d love to come back, I’m too scared to try it again. To anyone planning to visit: just be mindful of what you’re ordering and...
