Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Fair Lawn

Placed order online and went in 10 minutes earlier to pick up and the place was empty suddenly 8 people show up and one by one walked out with there food mind you my name was in the top of the que to be next to get my food. Three employees asked my name and I was past the time they should of had my food ready. So I sat there and waited with no excuse from the workers on why it was taking so long.. So this lady walks in places and order and with in 10 minutes she walks out with her food. At this point I try to get the attention of a staff member who looks over and Instead of responding to me she looks over to the other two workers to talk but dismisses me trying to get her attention. Then I raise my voice and say excuse me. A worker comes over and says oh heres your food and I said thats unacceptable what you guys have done on top of the rude lady employee not responding. He then says he is sorry its that they forgot to cook a portion of my food so we had to wait for it. So I check the bag and of course there are missing sauces which this happens everytime I visit, so you have to check the bag. Well I get come home and all the food is cold except the last part of the meal they forgot to cook. Funny thing is I told the worker if you would have told me this happened before 8 other walked in and out of here with their food. I would of understood and politely ask them to give me the entire order but freshly cooked, but then he says he is sorry and he gave me an extra fry and drink. The food was awful and cold and the customer service was just as bad. just because your calm doesn't excuse what you did. They knew I was getting cold food and they didn't care. Huge fan of BWW so I was excited not having to drive to Wayne or Secaucus for the nearest one. I really wanted to like this location. I’ve ordered 3 times from there since they opened. First time was just wings no issues. Second time was a American bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burger was really good but they were super stingy with the fries. I let that go. Now the 3rd time, i ordered the same cheeseburger, wings, and onion rings! Burger and wings were good but the onions rings! For $6 I literally got a total of 6 overcooked greasy onions rings (pic below). This is unacceptable, like others who left reviews I wish I would of opened the bag in store just to see because I definitely would of brought that to the staffs attention. I’ve seen this place multiple times when I would drive by to go to a friends house and last night i said ima finally try it🤷🏽‍♀️ l ordered my food and one of the workers said it will be a 35 minute wait time( ok cool np) i had three orders of 10 piece wings (BBQ, and two blazen hot) for one it took longer than she said and when i got my food and checked it i said these wings are too big and soggy i asked for well done and plus where’s the sauce?! and she told me it would take 20 more mins if i wanted new ones😳🤯 i said just forget it i already waited too long!
