UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER: I specifically asked YOU about ingredients due to allergies to gluten about a specific cupcake and you did not want to provide me with that information! Yes, I do ask about ingredients and allergies when I order at restaurants and they KINDLY RESPOND. What you are doing is hurting your own business by your rudeness. Check out the pattern in your other reviews. I would never buy any product from a place who is not open to speak about their ingredients. Sometimes it’s best for you to look inward, admit you were wrong and see what changes you need to make. You’re in the CUSTOMER service business also, NOT JUST A PRODUCT BUSINESS.
Just stopped at this bakery for a cupcake. First of all, she barely greeted me when I came in she was busy watching a camera. I then asked what are her ingredients for the cupcakes due to allergies. & she went on to be extremely rude & short stating she can’t say as if I was asking something out of this world. & she states I have many stuff here I don’t know and says if you want gluten free well “nope I don’t have and that she’s never been asked that question”. (Very much highly doubt it and see In previous poor reviews she does make gluten free ). She then gets upset and says she’s the owner and will not sale to me then because I have a problem. I said ok that’s fine; I feel like you were very rude and as if I offended you with my questions about allergies. I tell her I will be leaving a review because her customer services is horrible. She goes on to say she doesn’t care because her desserts are good, she’s the owner, and they don’t have customer service.
I can tell by her other reviews she is full of herself and rude!! I will never shop at a place like this and on top of all of it she sees I’m pregnant and doesn’t care about arguing. I just wanted to warn others. Good luck with the future of your bakery with this type of attitude. I pray God can show you how to be kinder...
Read moreJust to clarify..... this review is not a vendetta or parking lot issue! It's a public notice making the public aware that the owner of this establishment is not a nice person and has no sympathy for someone who is in an emergency situation!
A close family friend of mine's car broke down right in front of this DISGUSTING bakery this morning on her way to work! She has used this bakery before, was clearly shaken up by her car issues and felt it would be a familiar and "safe" environment to pull her car into.
She called her mom to help and they brought her car to the service station accross the street so it could be reparied!!!!! Get your facts straight before responding to people's reviews. You can also work on your typing skills and ability to spell and communicate clearly with full sentences while you are at it!
Making a business successful is not just about your product being great (which btw your products do NOT taste good we have all tried them in the past) but more importantly providing a service to your community. Customer service is just as important as the products you are selling!!!
Being a decent human being and asking if anyone your parking lot is ok would be a much better way to reel in customers. This poor girl was shaken up and upset! Her mom had to call an uber to get her daughter to work and again needed a "safe" place to wait for her uber to come. Since your STUPID bakery wasn't even opened yet, why does it bother you if someone uses your parking lot as a safe haven for an emergency situation?!
The amount of potential business you have lost and will continue to lose simply because you are not a nice person is what you deserve!
Karma will come for you. Let's hope one day when a family member of yours needs a safe place they find a much better person and place of...
Read moreI have worked in the customer service industry for several years. there are many things one needs to expect: Respect, the want to enjoy the atmosphere and the food, and a overall good time.
Apparently, you don't get that here!!!
The woman behind the counter, whom I guess is miss Daisy, has a personality like a rattlesnake. At least the snake has more dignity to warn you before it bites you! that should tell you how lousy her persona is.
If you do go here expect to get an overdose of venom. her personality suck beans in that she would not tell me if things were actually organic or not. There is no signs on the pastries that say if the are organic or not. When I question her, she responds like a rabid dog, telling me to go and find organic some where else. What kind of service is that? Does she not want the money? Is she that holier than thou, miss high and mighty?
What I should have done is review the reviews. It shows what she thinks of her customers. Somebody had posted a negative review (again why are there no signs that simply say USDA organic) she had the audacity to say that "this is a conspiracy against a small bakery". HA! I have been to many family ran small bakeries that would actually tell you if thing were organic or gluten free or something.
I definitely would not recommend going here unless you want a side dish of bad attitude to go along with your FAKE "organic" pastry. I bet most of these positive reviews that she has were either posted by members of her family, or the people were either bribed or threatened to post a good review.
Hey Daisy, here is a piece of advice for you: GET AN ATTITUDE...
