DO NOT place any orders from these frauds under any circumstances. I’ve been dealing with them since last year. I had a custom range made by RangeCraft, needless to say, I still can’t use it. Rangecraft managed to screw up the measurements 2x. I had to personally drive to their location to pickup and drop off although it was their mistake. Doug at their office even admitted someone there did not weld the range liner correctly. It’s now the summer of 2018 and I still can’t use my liner. So not only did RangeCraft get the measurements wrong the first time; they managed to screw it up a second time. You would think they would at least be a little compassionate about the situation, but they don’t. They have been rude since day ONE. No communication skills whatsoever. Every follow up was a nosebleed. It was like pulling teeth getting an ETA or any type of info. The owner had the nerve to call my husband and insinuate this was our fault. Really? I don’t think so. When you say such a comment and the measurements are in writing that makes you look fraudulent to say the least. I’m not even sure how this place manages to stay...

I work as a kitchen designer and ordered a hood for a client. Never again with Range Craft. They promised late November / early December for delivery. Didn't get the hood until the middle of January and they seemed to have zero clue how disruptive not sticking to a promised lead-time is on a job site. No apologies from them either. They could care less. If you read one of the other negative reviews on here and see the owner threatening to sue the person who wrote the review, you have to wonder if this is a company you'd like to spend thousands of dollars with. My suggestion is run for the hills. There are others custom hood manufacturers. Last comment: every communication with them was me sending multiple emails with no response - having to call, to finally get an answer. Every answer I was given turned out to not be true up until the very end. Truly a horrendous customer service experience and they seem to have no idea of why that's even important or how to function even remotely in a customer focused way. I highly recommend Rangecraft !! Living in a pre war apartment, I was in need for a tall hood to accommodate the high ceilings, but one that was more shallow to accommodate the true counter depth stove. The team at Rangecraft educated me to arrive at measurements that would optimize the function of the hood & then designed the hood based on my description. The end product exceed my expectations, I love it. I did see there were some reviews re: poor customer service.
