Ordered for the first time from here twice this week, only because everywhere else closes early. The first time we ordered half plain, half pepperoni, as well as an order of stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta cheese. Well the pizza came very quickly, but I specifically wrote in the instructions to driver (Muhammad) to ring the bell. He did not ring the bell, and instead called my phone at the worst time and made everything very inconvenient, since I wasn't the one that was able to come to the door and was nowhere near it or my bf. He was also rude on the phone. The pepperoni side of the pizza was decent but the plain side was absolutely disgusting and inedible. I've only three times in my life tasted such disgusting pizza and the other two times were in the south. The stuffed cheesy bread, however, was delicious. The best part of the whole order and the only reason we ordered for the second time this week.
Now the second time we ordered a full pepperoni pie, stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta cheese again, and boneless chicken. Pepperoni pie was decent again but obviously nowhere near the same level as an actual pizzeria. Cheesy bread was delicious again. The boneless chicken was pretty good too but pretty spicy, which was not mentioned anywhere on their website. We were able to handle it and enjoyed it, but should probably mention that it's spicy on the menu.
Regarding the driver with the second order, we had the same driver again, Muhammad. Again he did not ring the bell, and again called my phone but was even more rude than last time. Had nasty attitude and when I said ok great we're coming to answer the door, he said absolutely nothing and hung up on me. He got a 20% tip each time but definitely did...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service. My sisters and I called this dominos on Tuesday, may 30th 2017, at 9:30pm. The manager on duty we are told is named Nicole Sitko. We called in to put in an order for a large Meatzza and a large cali bacon chicken ranch and some wings. Our order got delivered and right as the driver was leaving we realized that they had given us a large plain pie instead of a large Meatzza. We called back to ask if they could bring us the right order and the lady on the phone began to argue with us. According to her "her system is never wrong" even though it was an employee who entered the order into that system. We asked to speak to a manager and as we tried to explain to the manager, Nicole Sitko, what the issue was, she raised her voice at us, was extremely rude and right when I was trying to explain why I didn't think I should pay another delivery charge for the right order to finally be delivered, she cut me off and hung up the phone. How a manager can yell at a customer and hang up the phone on that customer for a mistake that her employee made is beyond me. Called to find out how much longer for the delivery and a young girl answered and stated your delivery is being delivered. What kind of sentence is that? Your delivery is being delivered. I said do you know my address she stated yes I said ok. We called back a few minutes later now it was 10:12 to ask how much longer and was placed on hold for like 20 minutes. They hanged the phone. I had to call them back from a different phone and asked for a manager. Placed on hold again Nick the manager never picked up. Again hanged up the phone. Called again and asked the person that answered how much longer he stated they only have 3 drivers I asked if he's the manager and he just laughed. Again hanged the phone. I called and canceled the order the delivery arrived at 10:34 pm an hour after delivery guy left the place did I mentioned we are down the street.
