Walked in on my way to a class like i do every tuesday and thursday. Today NYSHA or whatever her name was happened to help me, i was on the phone and told the person i was speaking to to hold on...looked at the disgruntled employee ( and i will explain ) placed my order " may i have a large coffee milk and three sugar" anything else? " yes actually a vanilla frosted doughnut" sprinkles or no sprinkles.." sprinkles absolutely. She made me a iced coffee, and i said im sorry i didnt ordwr an iced coffee...yes you did...no im pretty sure i didnt, i never have ever ordered an iced coffee..to which she said maybe if you werent on the phone you would have read the screen, that rude you were on the phone. Well NYSHA, rude is questioning the customer and listening to what they order, so she proceeded to carry on, and i was calm at first then i let her have it after the other woman came over and NYSHA proceeded to calm me a name in spanish, to which i replied in spanish and she said why are you talking spanish to me i didnt speak spanish. Yes NYSHA you did you fat little thing, this is the united states of america, you make coffee, do your job, its not that difficult and never question a customer or think they dont know what you are saying... i didnt tell you to work at dunkin doughnuts, you chose to, either love it or leave it. Better yet go back where you came from and make a life for yourself where ever that may be. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE...CLEARLY YOU DESPISE AMERICANS AND THINK POORLY OF US...is that because...
