I love my elders, so this breaks my heart. This older couple walked in at 1028 to order breakfast, and the girl at the counter told them they just missed it. They mentioned the time to her, but kindly ordered hamburgers with coffee. They went and took their seat, near the counter and discussed if they were supposed to listen for a number or if it would be delivered "like the others." I myself had problems with this as I played my order for table service, but it waited and got cold at the pick-up counter. Before I could offer help, their food arrived. The man ordered a soda, and his cup was delivered with the food. He had trouble with the ice machine and went to the counter to notify them ever so sweet, "I'm sorry to bother you, there seems to be a problem with the ice machine. It's not working right. " The girl at the counter proceeded to ask him 20 questions versus thanking him, offering him ice from their side, and then investigating it themselves.
After he finally returned back to his food, he stated, "I've only been gone a few minutes, and it's already cold." The lady apologized to him and said this wasn't a very good choice this morning. We need to get up earlier next time, I guess. Do you want to go somewhere else? He says, "Oh, no. This is our treat for the week, " and then holds up the hamburger and says," Look at this tiny thing. It'll be gone in 3 bites. " They laugh and, as predicted, ate his food in 3 bites, then quickly left.
After sitting here and observing the manager assist multiple other customers, it's obvious why the employees didn't/dont know simple and basic customer service skills. The manager constantly made excuses and impolite responses to customers. This location needs a...
Read moreIt's been going on for awhile now actually in regards to the fries, clearly they need to leave them in the dryer longer cause what once was a signature item has now become among the worst regarding the fries, they are alway more than 90% soft soggy,& even taste of raw potatoes rather than the golden brown & tad crispy ,lightly salted fries that had consistently been just right & tasty you'd often finish first but now mostly steam by my dog ,& even he seems less than excited with them anymore. If management were to respond by saying they are cooked by timers according to the chain handbook or something then I'd say not all fryers are exactly same or oil specific or such & more importantly whether that's the case or not the standard isnt being met or simply put they dont taste good anymore so add probably 30 to possibly 45 seconds of fry time. And this isnt just 1 guys opinion I confident of that of a survey by customers was done that you find a major majority that feel the same way without any doubt.!!That's the big one but I'd certainly add that employees are often lacking in polite, friendliness or customer care in general which is not cool ,especially since they're making decent monies working there now,its nolonger the pimple face need job it was thought to...
Read moreCame in here late in the afternoon on 21 Oct 2021. When I first came up to the counter there was a new employee being helped by what I am assuming was a manager. Firstly, the manager was being demeaning to the trainee, talking to them in a manner that a person might talk to a dog. Then when I placed my order, the trainee was trying, but the manager was criticizing him along the way.
When we were given our cups, I went to the soda fountain and poured what I thought should be regular coke out of the regular coke fountain. Tasting it I discovered that it was diet coke. So I went to the counter and told the 'manager'. I explained that they must have accidentally plugged one of the diet coke canisters into the coke fountain. His response was to say, "What do you want me to do about it?" I told him I would like regular coke. He looked at me like I just asked him for a kidney, then told me he could not take my cups. I said that was fine, I just wanted Coke. He told me again that he could not take my cups for safety reasons. I asked if I was supposed to pay for another drink and he said No... that he could pour me a Coke behind the counter. He did that and I went back to my seat. Then I found out that they had gotten my son's order...
