This is the only negative review I’ve ever made. I ordered over the phone for two pizzas and asked if they were doing the 2 pizzas for the price of 1? The lady answered yes, whichever one costs more is the one you pay the price of. I said, ok great I’ll get.... and gave her my order of two pizzas. I showed up within a half hour to pick up my pizzas, paid for them then went out to my car and realized they hadn’t given me the discount I verified over the phone. So I went back in and assumed she had just forgot or something, and asked for the discount. She said she wouldn’t give it to me because I didn’t ask for it AT CHECK OUT. On Monday, Dec. 19, we attempted to have a pizza order corrected by returning to the store and were met with a very confrontational, aggressive person - early 20's man who said he was the manager - who really needs to go to anger management class and should learn some customer etiquette. My husband decided that leaving the store without a refund or a pizza was the best option after your employee yelled and screamed obscenities and acted like he was going to come around the counter. To hear that your employee yelled "Get the f--- out of here!" was certainly a disappointment. Cashier rang up our order, then we questioned why she got our order wrong. We were the only one placing an order. Then when we got our pizzas.
