Food was great, the system of calling the store upon arrival for curbside pickup apparently doesn't work. My app said the order was ready, when I tapped the app to signify I arrived, it then told me to call "the store. " Upon calling, after waiting past the option of placing an order, changing an order, or problem with the order, then a person came on, was very polite and told me they would "notify the store". A bit surprised as I thought I was talking to the store. Watching from outside for about 10 minutes, I didn't see anyone getting a call, nor did anyone acknowledge me parked immediately in front of their door, just 10' away. Eventually I asked someone going into the store after he answered the customer parked next to me about why no one was bringing her food out. He said it wasn't done yet. App had said for over 10 minutes that it was done. I called again (rather than going in because it was raining) and this time used the option 3, problem or concern about my order. I watched it ring inside as I talked to the gentleman inside on the phone. He explained it was almost done. A few minutes later I received the family dinner, piping hot and delicious. Should I have tipped (normally do)? Was this a problem of the workers or the system? I don't know but they did get tipped as I had to do that when placing the order, not as an expression of pleased with acceptable or outstanding service. Read moreI would have given a 0 if possible. I called to make a delivery of 1 large pizza at 445pm. I suppose the call went through their call center. I was told over the phone that it should take 20 to 30 min. 530 hit and I called to check on my order. They told me the driver had the order and was on his way, mind you I live 8 min away from the location. I called them back at 600 and was told the same line. I told them I made the order at 445 and they said the ticket showed I put my order in at 550. So it took the system or the person who took my order an hour to place the order at their location. The girl who took my call left me unmuted and was disrespectful telling the manager my story. When I spoke to the manager he was not at all sympathetic. I typically am calm and understanding as for i have worked in the food industry, but their customer service at this location is terrible and brought out the frustration in me! I asked for my money back and they would not give me a confirmation number to the order being canceled so I asked for the corporate number for any future issues with the refund and the manager told me their location was a franchise and cant give me any information. So moral of the story I will not be going back due to the fact I was lied to about my order being out for delivery the first time I called and the disrespect I got from their staff. Read moreI ordered Pasta and boneless wings for delivery. The Boneless wings were never delivered. When I called the Pizza Hut (8390 Senoia Rd Fairburn, GA 30213) the woman that answered assured me my wings would be delivered shortly. An hour later I called back to ask about the wings, she asked me to hold for a minute and placed the receiver on the counter for the next 20 minutes then came back and hung up on me. I called back and requested a refund on the wings. Again she placed the receiver on the counter. after another 20 minutes, I hung up and tried calling back. No one from this restraint would answer the phone.
I filled out an online complaint and also called their 800 customer service to report but all I have received is an email from Pizza Hut with a Survey that I did fill out with the details.
Pizza Hut has lost another customer and I hope anyone that received this kind of service will never eat at Pizza Hut again! the company has never responded to my complaints. no wonder this company is failing. I'll be forever telling my story about Pizza Hut and the extremely bad service and ripping off their customers by not delivering what they have ordered and paid for.
