I was told I could not use coupons that I use on a regular basis there I was told I had to get three different types of sandwich I could not get three teriyaki chicken footlongs I had to buy three different types of sandwich!! Which the coupon plainly states I could get three of the same sandwich there were only certain ones that are excluded! And then I was told on another coupon that I could use it online only when it plainly stated that I could use it one time in store use!! And then I was told how rude I was to them and should respect them because they came to America and started a business in my community!! I'm not sure what that meant unless they were meaning because they were not from here and only one of them in the store spoke English you could understand and one of them spoke broken up English and the other three standing around spoke no English at all they were speaking in a foreign language to each other. And I guess I was supposed to be tickled because Subway sold them a franchise! I'm not really sure but I do know Subway lost a customer because of that visit!! Because to be honest with you I didn't appreciate some Foreigner disrespecting me and talking to me that way in my community!! They can look at their customers however they want but, of this customer, all they're going to see is the back of my head and the seat of my pants!! Because they won't see my face at their counter again!! They may see me going into rubellos Pizza right next door to them that has a $9 Buffet!! And ice cold beer if you're a drinker. Subject: Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional and Rude. I am leaving me review to formally report a highly disappointing experience I had at your subway location on September 3, 2025. The conduct of the staff, particularly the manager, was unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable.
Upon placing my order, I attempted to use a coupon that I had. The manager responded very abruptly and became extremely short and dismissive when I mentioned the coupon. He listed only three sandwiches that could be used with the coupon, which was inaccurate as I have experienced at other Subway locations where the coupon was valid for any sandwich.
After fixing my sandwich, he placed three pieces of meat on a large, thick hoagie bun. I explained that I did not want the sandwich because of his rude , very little food on the sandwich and disrespectful attitude. Despite my decision, he insisted I purchase the sandwich after I told him I will take my business elsewhere and told me, "Donât ever come back to this store again," which I found to be both unprofessional and hostile.
His behavior was dismissive, nasty, and completely lacked the courtesy expected in customer service. This experience has left me very dissatisfied and disappointed with your brandâs customer care standards.
Customer respect and professionalism should be a priority, and I trust anybody who cares about customer service where you giving them your money đ´ and this manager cares about nothing please donât give this location your money. They donât deserve...
   Read moreI ordered two cold cut sandwiches using the deal BOGO. I hadn't eaten all day due to a dr appt. I can in the store, the atmosphere was dry and the employees were not friendly. No one was in the store. I requested extra mayo and veggies one sandwich was made right the other was dry as a desert. I called to inform the manager his response was you want an extra mayo pack or vinegar pack. I was shocked. First of all he could find my order and ask if I ordered from his store. He ask me the address that I ordered from. He was pissing me off. He continued to say his employees are new. He didn't seem to understand English at all. I will never go bad to this establishment. The customer service and solution was terrible. With more than 20+ years of customer service under my own belt and going to other places of business, this was one of the worst conversations of my experience with my food.
