I used to eat here rather frequently. Then right before covid their prices increase dramatically because they done remodeling inside. Then when I ask why it's such an increase on the prices they blamed it on covid. But that was not true because the prices increased before covid hit!! The prices increased but the food amount didn't!! And the prices increased before covid so therefore she wasn't being very honest which holds a lot with me the food is still delicious though. On my last trip there I ordered she told me it would be 15 minutes I arrived and set waiting at the drive-thru that they were using the cash register was right beside the drive-thru I'm sitting out there with my lights on and she passes the drive-thru door three different times and never opens it to take my money or give me my order. After I sat there for 12 minutes I pulled off and went back home. I live 1 mi from this place 5 minutes after I arrived home she calls me again asking me if I'm coming to pick up my order! LOL I told her I sat outside for 12 minutes waiting on her to open the side door and she passed it three times and never looked my Direction so no I was not coming back to get that order!! I got my food delivered and it wasn't hot, like it normally is, so when I called to let them know about it she kept asking me "but is it cold". I said no... but I do have to get up and warm it up. That I'm sick and I shouldn't be up warming up food. She told me that I should warm it up. I told her that she's missing the whole point, that I shouldn't have to get up to warm up food that I've paid $24 for! I told her that her restaurant is the only Chinese restaurant that I've ordered from since I moved here 2 years ago and that she could be more accommodating. At least ask if there's something she could do or apologize. So she asked me what she could do, and I said a credit or half off my next order. She said no, that they could come get the food and give me my money back. I told her that that wasn't going to solve anything. There was no apology or anything to persuade me to keep giving them my money. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I try to be fair, nobody's perfect... but I'm done giving my money to businesses who don't appreciate it! Needless to say, I won't be giving them anymore of my money! Honey, where do I began, my head hurts. I ordered the shrimp lo mein, shrimp fried rice, crab rangoon and fried pork dumpling. First the crab rangoon is nothing but CREAM CHEESE-. That’s all, that’s the recipe, no crab no flavor no nothing but sour cream cheese. MIND YOU (Crab Rangoon contains a simple mixture of crab, cream cheese, and seasonings wrapped in a wonton wrapper and fried crispy) but I guess they forgot that part. The sweet and sour sauce is red water, That’s all, that’s the recipe! it’s so watery with no flavor at all. straight trash. The pork dumpling had these little clear jelly pieces in them that feel like Jell-O in my mouth with meat. I couldn’t eat it. Second disappointment. The shrimp lo mein was bland, not many vegetables at all just noodles and shrimp and soy sauce lol that’s all, that’s the recipe! The shrimp fried rice was ok, Id have that again only if it’s the last thing on earth so IYKTYK. So upset I wasted my $30.00. Something I craved for so bad just to disappoint.
