Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Fairfax

Based off DQ's website, for the month of March, there is a deal for buy one blizzard get a second one for 80 cents. I called ahead of time to make sure they were participating in the deal and was told yes. My friend and I arrived later that night and went to buy two blizzards. When the total came up, it was full price and I questioned it asking "shouldn't the second one be 80 cents?" and he said we should have the coupon. I have signed up for the app and I see no coupon there and I have gone to many websites (including DQ's) and no where does it say that. If I am trying to redeem this wrong, what is the right way? It doesn't appear to say how anywhere. My friend and I go to this location as our main DQ but I feel like the transaction was not done correctly and was not explained well enough. DQ has advertised for the “ Free Cone Day”, which was today. Came to this location on our way home.

There was a lady in front of us. She had dropped her cone, the lady was kind and cleaned up her dropped cone. When she asked to get another one, the old lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and gave her another.

We were next in line. Old lady said “how’s can I help you?”, I said “WE are here for the free cone day.” She asked if we wanted dip, I stated “No thank you”. Why did she only serve three when there are four of us?!

Don’t be stingy by assuming only children enjoy, cause us parents like to enjoy some sweets. Our first time here and our last time. We definitely won’t be coming back here even to spend money! I will never recommend this place for...

Wow. Worst DQ EVER! I specifically asked for caramel only on my banana split, I got chocolate and pineapples then when I asked for more caramel they added a little more on the side. Then as things would get ready they would shout from the register (there were multiple employees) and stood there watching me as I'd walk back to the front. Mind you, there were no other customers. When I went back up to get the tenders we ordered, I inquired about the sauce. She pointed at the pile of French fries and tenders and said "it's inside in the middle.
