update I contacted the corporate office. They were really kind and believed my experience!! They refunded my order, and credited an order to my pizza profile, and reassured me that Walker's behavior was way out of line. My husband used the credited order, but I refuse to ever deal with Dominos again because of my experience at this one. They told me that the store owner will be contacting me soon, but she never did. I really do not recommend this store.*
I have ordered a lot of Domino's in my life, and I order the same thing at every one. Last night, I ordered my usual thin crust pizza with light cheese, light sauce. In my experience, when I order this pizza with regular cheese and sauce, my pizza is always swimming and soggy, so I have been ordering with the modifications and have never had issues. After ordering from this store, the pizza smelled burnt, and was as dry as a cracker. It appeared to have no sauce and no cheese. The toppings didn't have anything holding them to the pizza! My husband called the store and told them the issue and asked if we could exchange the pizza for one with regular cheese and sauce. The associate told him, "my manager said you know what you ordered. Deal with it." I called the store to get a store number and the manager name because... what in the world! The man who picked up told me he was the manager, Walker, and asked what the issue was. I told him that it seemed like he didn't want to help based on what he had the associate tell my husband. Immediately the manager began to blame me for my order. He said "that was what was going to happen. Deal with it. We arent going to remake it. I made your pizza, I promise there was cheese." I tried to remain calm and explain that my experiences with other stores. Also how our orders from this store had never made my previous pizzas like that. I told him I would bring the pizza in for an exchange. This is an order I get EVERY TIME. He called me a liar and told me that he was looking at my order history this was the first time I ordered from that store. My husband has been living in the area since January 6th.... He has ordered for us from here before on his profile, I explained that. Walker continued on his rant to tell me that it was unlikely I ever had a pizza different from the one he cooked, because Domino's uses measurements. They might be suppose to use measurements, but my previous pizzas had never been like that in the past. I just wanted it remade with no modifications, it would still be a $5.99 pizza. In addition to being on the receiving end of Walker's anger. He continued to berate me and call me a liar, about my ordering history and experiences at other stores. I was in tears and on the verge of an anxiety attack, I told him it was obivous that he just wanted us to "deal with it". And hung up. In the end, I couldn't eat the pizza because it was...
Read moreI have been ordering exclusively from this location for over 4 years now and in that 4 years (monthly orders) the customer service has progressively gotten worse. Specifically the quoted delivery times versus the actual delivery times and how the store handles it when I have to call and ask about my order when I haven’t received my pizza an hour AFTER the quoted delivery time. I know now that if I’m quoted 33 minutes, it’s going to actually be closer to 2 hours. I have come to learn this over the last 5-6 orders and I should have started ordering from another restaurant but today I thought I’d try again, out of sheer hope that things have changed. Nope. I was quoted 18-34 minutes and it has been over an hour and 20 minutes and the worker who answered the phone had no idea where their driver was on the first call. The app said they are in the same spot they were 48 minutes ago when I checked, which is “in route” to my apartment. 25 minutes later on the second call, they told me the driver was on their way back to the store to pick up my order….. which was supposed to have been delivered over an hour and 45 minutes ago. It seems like a lost cause at this point. Oh, and I am an excellent tipper and I tip in advance because I understand food service jobs aren’t the most fun and not every customer tips. So I go above and beyond. A 100% tip each time isn’t even enough to incentivize the drivers/employees to quote me accurate times. I give up. And for anyone saying I should just go pick it up, sometimes I don’t have that option. That’s why I’m...
Read moreOkay so we ordered two pan pizzas one with mushrooms, pineapple, & pepperoni for my wife & a cheese with Alfredo for me. Alongside a Diet Coke & some of those lava cakes. I am allergic to mushrooms & have acid reflux that makes it so I can’t eat red sauce. We received a hand tossed mushroom pizza with red sauce & a hand tossed mushroom and onion pizza with red sauce. We contacted them & they told us they would return our call after talking to the driver. They returned the call & said the driver would have to return to the store to get our remade order. Radio silence. This started at 10pm. We waited until 11:45 to try & call again (they close at 12). We were on hold until 12. I called the other dominoes that closes at 1 am & they were awesome & tried to help us but we were out of their delivery zone. Now I’m starving & spent my last $40 on food I cannot eat. It was suggested for me to leave a complaint online & so this is me doing that. Please give me my money back it was literally the last my cash. I hope everyone at this location who decided that this wasn’t worth their time stubs their toe cause I worked so much today & I am starving. I’m sure you have all been there & I hope you’re ashamed of yourselves for treating another human being like this. I told them I had an allergy. They just didn’t care....
