I went here around 12 on a Saturday. There was one other person waiting when I walked in. I asked for a frozen coffee and the employee "checked" for the mix to make it and informed me that they were out. They were also out of espresso. I then just ordered an iced coffee. I waited standing at the pick up counter for 10+ minutes and noticed one of the girls just wiping the counter over and over while chatting with her co-workers. Even after making eye contact with me she did not stop wiping the counter and chatting with her co-workers. The THREE employees continued to chat. I'm not really sure what was happening but no one was making my drink. (Or the drink for the guy waiting) Finally I went up to the counter to ask for my drink and they all looked surprised and embarrassed as if they forgot. They ran and pulled the ticket for my order and had the coffee out in a out in less than a minute. After that —they informed the other guy who was waiting longer than I was that they didn't have the stuff to make a latte. He had been waiting longer than I had — they didn't even make his drink the whole time and finally informed him thay they were out of what was needed. But watched the one lady making my sandwhich drop a milk carton on the floor, pick it up and then go back to working on my sandwhich without changing gloves. Didnt think anything of it, got my place to eat the sandwhich and there was either some grease or mold on the croissant. I asked for a manager, the lady went to get them, but the manager never talked to me. The manager talked through the employee to me while standing in front of me. Saying it was the toaster burning the sandwhich, and they would make me another one. But if your toaster is doing that I dont want your food cooked the same way. Read moreThis location in particular is HORRIBLE. Recently, I placed and online order. When I arrived to pick it up, they were not open despite being within the posted operating hours. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. i called the location and there was no answer. Despite this, they still charged me for my large order.
After this, I reached out to Dunkin Donuts customer service who said I would be contacted within 2-3 business days. I was not. I followed the instructions in the email from customer service to let them know if I have not heard anything. It has been over a month and three emails and I still have not been contacted.
Additionally, I have not been refunded for my order. I will not be providing business to this location in the future. They are inconsistent, extremely slow,...
