I placed an order for pick up. The app gave a choice between curbside delivery or to come in and pick up. I received a link with a button to push when I arrived. I pushed to button and waited 15 minutes and no one came out. Finally, I went in. I was told that I had to call upon arrival. That is NOT what the app says, and why would they have you push a button to say your here? Turns out my order had been sitting on the counter. No apology was offered and they didn't offer to replace my order which had gotten cold by that time.

You threw the shells on the floor. Catered to blue collar workers who sat in or on their pickup trucks outside to enjoy their burgers and fries. Read moreI've been to five guys a few times in different locations. Burgers are good but not worth the hype. Limpy fries are limpy and a lot of times undercooked or overcooked. Staff is unwilling to help with ordering if you don't know how to order at five guys. Most of times they can't help because of their language ability. It helps if you speak Spanish.
