Today was my first time visiting the store this afternoon. The lady at the door was super friendly and greeted everyone who came through and wished us a happy TG before advising which lanes to stand in. The cashier and male attendants who were standing behind her were short with people and did not give customers enough time to grab their items before calling up the next person. When I was given my bags, they said nothing until I asked, " was that the end of my transaction" and the male dully said "yes." If I didn't say anything, I would still be standing there until the evening. The people at the counter had lackluster personalities and should be retrained on how to provide better customer service. June 2022, was able to get in and get out immediately as I hoped. Came inside the store, someone came out to the front to the back, told her I need 3 pounds of sliced roasted turkey and she looked in their refrigerator and pulled out a container of 3 pounds sliced roasted turkey. Paid and I was able to leave. In and out less than 5 minutes.

1 or 2 years prior, Called prior to arrival, asked about picking up some turkey breast, arrived, parked in parking lot, went in, 2 lines, 1 line for walk-ins and 1 line for prepaid orders, prepaid line was longer. I think we were able to leave less than 10 minutes after...

Very unsatisfied with my Thanksgiving ham. I've used the Gainesville Virginia location for many years and have never had an issue. My ham barely had any glaze and wasn't completely cut as normal. The representative questioned the manager about the ham I was given on his own. The manager said that she specifically gave me that ham and I would get a $2 refund because the only other hand they had was $1 more. I was in a rush and didn't think to intervene because I've never had a bad experience. This ham is absolutely horrible. I am very disappointed!!! I'll never think to use that...
