So I walk in about 9 15 PM amid the torrential downpours that be outside, and get a few slices to go. Ended up seeing a friend (Alf) running the shop from the years ago (***and for the record, when I see other reviews saying this place is a hidden gem and the flavors is better than any in the area, I need to tell you all full disclosure he’s been doing this recipe for over twenty years from the old “mama Lucia’s” at fair city mall in the days of Funco Land***)Let’s just say he has been making this amazing ACTUAL NY STYLE pies for years! Over 20 to be exact! And when you walk in, that knowledge has clearly been passed along to the team these guys know EXACTLY WHATS UP. Immediately, I wanted a few slices, cause their cheese is second to none. (frikkin portnoy would give this place an 8 easy) with the light but sweet sauce and perfect amount of their fresh mozzarella and baked just to crisp pepperoni that melts in your mouth like bacon. Almost zero flop pizza, amazing friendly staff, perfect booths for families. I can’t stress this enough if you’re from NY and need a cheese fix, this is the most authentic you can find in the area. The flavors here Catapults over “Tony’s NY Pizza” , the new “mama Lucia” in fair city mall, and my old favorite “the gluten free crust donatos pepperoni” at Red Robin. And I wasn’t able to get photos better than one slice because unfortunately I devoured them before I could post but I’ll be back. This takes the podium for best pie in the area if you know NY pies (may I need to reiterate this is NOT Neapoli pizza or a tavern pie?!) and you can stamp that! If you think I’m wrong, show me another place that does it better and I’ll head on over. 20/10 there aren’t enough stars to give

We’ve been getting takeout here for years. My husband loves the pizza, and I love their sandwiches and fries. And it’s all inexpensive. But recently we’ve been really disappointed in their service. We sat waiting for our to-go order for 20 minutes, all for the employee to hand us the bag that had been sitting there ready the whole time. Today, we ordered a pizza and a sandwich. I called 15 minutes later to ask if I could add fried to the order, where they told me they forgot to put in the pizza on the order anyway. When we picked up the order, they forgot the fries and we had to again wait. I have worked in food service so I understand sometimes you miss things, but to not apologize for the mistake and simply act so blasé and unbothered about it like they do is such poor customer service.

This was definitely the best pizza I have ever had. My family ate so much pizza we can barely move. We ordered two extra-large pizzas (one with fresh basil & one with pepperoni), fries, and drinks. It was a very good price. The waitress was incredibly sweet and did a wonderful job serving us. It was such a cute little store and super fun to dine-in. I really wanted to find a good pizza place and this hit the spot. We will definitely be coming back here.

I had high hopes and the pizza was okay, but the service was the worst we've ever experienced, all because of the manager. My boyfriend noticed that we were overcharged for the two beers we had ordered so he went to the counter and asked them to correct it, as they weren't cheap to begin with. The manager immediately said: "the menu pricing was a mistake and I can charge you whatever I want". He was unbelievably rude and said he'd call the police when my boyfriend said he refused to pay the extra money. I got involved, and asked that he please call the Fairfax County police because they'd be more than happy to resolve the situation correctly. The manager just stood there for a minute messing with his cell phone, so I told him I'd call the police. I did, and as I told them the situation & provided the address, the manager quickly printed us a new bill with the correct pricing, so I told the police they didn't need to come after all. Guess the manager realized he was in the wrong and that things could get messy if the cops actually came and saw he was trying to make us pay more than menu price. Sad part is it was just a couple of dollars, but that's besides the point...Go anywhere else or be warned since apparently the menu has mistakes and the manager can charge you whatever he wants and yell at you...

JUST ordered from "kings" pizza for lunch for me and my coworker and I will NEVER order from here again. I called with a question and clearly stated the question was in regards to their LUNCH SPECIAL. After the person on the phone answered my question I said "ok, yes I would like to order that a #5, then I ordered for myself a #9. Let me also state that nowhere on their togo menu are their meals done with #'s EXCEPT on their lunch special portion. My coworker went to pick the meals up and they told them we were being charged for the dinner portion and that I never stated on the phone that we wanted the lunch special. My coworker was standing right next to me the whole time and proceeded to explain that yes, I had, while the person who took the order straight lied and said I had not. Then the manager or whomever was acting as manager said ok just take those and we will charge you for lunch specials but we have to take a meatball off the spaghetti and take a salad back because those do not come with the lunch. WOW, are times really that hard "kings" pizza???? My coworker said forget it we don't want you touching our food again and paid for the dinner entrees. BRAVO kings pizza, worst customer service I have heard of. I will never order from here again and will actively tell anyone I know to NOT order...
