Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Fairfax

Well I should have learned my lesson. I tried to give this Moe's a second chance and again disappointed. Not only are the new servers also incompetent and inefficient and clueless they both lack customer service and common sense. I only order nachos whenever I go to Moe's and they did not attend me because they had backed up orders to go which as an in-person customer is not my fault that they lack delegation and coordination for managing to go and in-person orders. So I waited 10 minutes and then when they finally took my order One of them told the other to not attend me because he was going to only do the takeout orders. So I continued to wait and then when the other guy finally attended me and was putting together my orders with the refried beans and veggies. By the time I asked for queso there was hardly any left and what was left was of poor quality and very goopy. So they look to me to ask if it was all right and that this was the last and I looked at them and said would you eat that that didn't even look edible and so then they said I had to wait another 5 minutes for fresh queso to which we waited more time and then by the time the new Castle was ready instead of starting my order from the beginning with the chips and then putting the veggies he went and put the queso straight on the chips and I had to tell him well since you already went ahead and did that, I'm going to have to ask you to put more at the end because there was no consideration or asking of how I wanted my order. I will not be going back to this location. Whoever manages this location seriously needs to find another job. That's so me

I was looking forward to this new Moes location however, other locations are much better and would rather drive farther to be served decently. I ordered nachos and not only did they not have ingredients or containers ready, and not only were the two servers all over the place with just putting together the nachos, one of the servers had a bad attitude when I asked for chipotle mayo/ranch on the side. Normally my friends and I really enjoy Moes. We have been doing Moes Monday religiously every week.

I still remember the first time we all went and one of my friends opened the box and said "oh my god that's too much meat!"

Moes in the Northern VA area has always been a great experience but our first time at this Fairfax location was just abysmal. Even though we ordered online, we had to wait over 30 minutes in the store for our order. What was the point of ordering online and being told a specific time for pickup if the order was not going to be ready? If we wanted to wait we could have just gotten line and ordered at the stores. Waiting for our orders caused us to be late for other errands.

To top it off, our orders were incorrect and incomplete when we got home. One of the bowls was missing the protein and all the others had one or more toppings missing.

I hope this location goes under new management as this was a very disappointing experience for us and they really need to change their operations to be on par with the rest...

If you order take out they won't put you in the same queue as people in the restaurant. I ordered take out and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and then I arrived in 25 minutes and only then did they start working on it. I saw they had just made the order for people in the restaurant. 5 months ago someone complained in google reviews about the same thing and management responded that they are trying to hire more people but it's a management policy to serve people in the restaurant first and then if they have time try to do the online orders. I assume they are worried people in the restaurant will walk out if they see staff busy making online orders and unable to take their order.

Also my food was greasy. If you order take out you'll see that the bag is soaked in grease. They wrap the burrito in aluminum foil but there's so much grease it was leaking out. I've never made burritos at home and had this problem. My stomach felt funny all night, but i don't eat out much so maybe i'm not used to...
