It was really delicious, with an authentic Taiwanese flavor. The only downside was the small portion—we finished everything quickly. Lol The beef noodle soup was a bit salty for us, but still more acceptable than most American food. After adding some warm water, it tasted amazing. The braised pork chop bento was incredibly tasty. We’ve already had dinner here three times and will definitely come back! It would be perfect if they provided utensils for dine-in and slightly larger portions.

Mono Cafe is located inside the 99 Ranch supermarket. The food can be improved. The atmosphere was fine for a food court. We had the popcorn chicken, stinky tofu, and the hotpot. The chicken and tofu were okay, but the taste could be improved. They didn’t have instant noodles for the hotpot, so the staff gave us a tea instead. Overall, the food was nothing special from other similar restaurants and the price was not cheap for a food court stand.

This is an authentic Taiwanese Restaurant in NVA. The portion is big and price is good !!! This is way much better than the bento box places in Eden center !!! The Ai Yu lemon tea is very good and refreshing during summer time !!! This is the one of the best Taiwanese Restaurants in NVA area. Picture attached is the braised pork chop Benton (you are unable to located such traditional Taiwanese Bento box in the area). Thank you 🙏
