Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fairfax

I would love to give a positive review as this is my local pizza joint and we’ve ordered from them many times. Today I placed an advance order and it has arrived over 20 minutes late. I called to just make sure it was on the way and not being delivered to a wrong address and Michael, who claimed to be the manager, was beyond rude. He told me it’s not his problem and when I asked more, his response was “what you give is what you get”. I wasn’t angry or rude but am completely appalled by this treatment. My kids like Papa John’s and Dominos equally but I’ll opt for the latter every single time because they are professional and Michael is horrific. Way to lose our...

Started ordering from this location after the one closer to me repeatedly ignored COVID safety protocols. I've ordered a handful of times from here and probably will from here on out. Staff has been perfectly friendly, food has been on point and most importantly I haven't seen anyone here not wearing their mask properly. Today there were quite a lot of staff working and not a single person seemed to be breaking protocol, including a delivery driver walking back from the parking lot who could have arguably decided not to at that moment....

The pizza and service were very good. I like Papa John's pizza. The man who took my order was helpful in scheduling delivery later in the day.
