Our group was treated very poorly. The owner was very rude and sarcastic .We were told not to wait right there for our orders and that they’d bring it to us. They never did, everything was cold and their muffins were like sawdust, most of us were unable to drink out coffee or tea. We will never step foot back in here. I’m sure she doesn’t care. If they aren’t capable of handling a group of 10, then say so when we called and asked. We’re very disappointed, we thought this would be a place we could support as a group and individuals. My experience at this coffee house was one of respect by every employee, the coffee is delicious and they have other drinks to pick from. Their treats, sandwiches and other items are also delicious. The employees are eager to serve and go out of their way to please the customer. I don’t understand the couple of bad reviews. I am a Christian and I don’t believe the owner is wrong about her answers to the person complaining.
