3 hours ago Visited today. As I was walking in the front door. I was very surprised by the amount of hand prints and smudges on the door. It was a little past 10:30am so how possibly could it be in that condition when they had only been open for a little while? I thought to myself I hope the inside was cleaner than the front door. I proceeded to the counter. Nothing caught my attention thus far. A young lady took my order and a gentleman cashed me out. I decided to dine in. WORST MISTAKE EVER!! There was only one gentleman and myself dining in. He sat at the booth closest to the front window and after I found a clean booth, I proceeded to sit in the booth behind him. AGAIN, how are all the tables dirty when this place just opened? I started to eat my sandwich, halfway through eating I notice a bug crawling along the wall toward me. I watched it in hopes it would stop or take another direction. Nope, came right to my booth and fell down across from me. I calmly picked up my food and moved to a center table in the restaurant. I went back to the booth to retrieve my keys. At this time, the only other person in this establishment was in direct path of another bug that caught my eye. IT WAS A ROACH!! I kindly told the gentleman, "sir, there is a roach heading your way" I pointed it out to him. He picked up his food and moved to the opposite wall in the restaurant sitting in another booth. We both finished up our sandwiches. He stood up, looked at me and said, here's another one. For goodness sake yet another roach. So within the 10 minutes inside, we both saw 3. We spoke to the manager and his reply was, the bug guys comes once a month, I will let him know. Im not sure what response I was looking to hear at that point. I just feel it should be known, if you plan to have your footlong sandwich, you may also leave with a few more feet you weren't...

Do not waste your money! Almost $10 for microwaved chewy chicken with lettuce, tomato and ranch on a wrap? Are you kidding me? Eat fresh with microwaved chicken? Yeah ok. I can eat at la cazuela, Chili's and get chicken fajitas that are cooked fresh on a grill with sides and a tip cheaper then a sandwich and a 50 cent bag of chips from here! One star because newer lady was nice but she didn't know everything and the lady manager took over and wasn't the nicest. Also lady manager was talking to another lady by pop machine the entire time and acted like I was bothering them to get lunch. Then she stood in front of drink machine and just wouldn't move just looked at me as her and manager continue their conversation. Extremely poor service will not be back! This location has the rudest employees. My mom who is a disabled veteran and my son went to her lunch for they didn’t even acknowledge them. Which this isn’t the first time they elect not to acknowledge paying customers. Fixing sandwiches sloppy and slamming sandwiches down. I’m assuming this guy maybe the owner or a manager. Idk. The young lady Natalie who came from the back was the only decent employee with some customer service skills. I’m not sure why they’re open or in the service industry if there’s an Aussie providing good service to customers. This is my last time patronizing this business.
