So I love Ulta and the rewards points and how they always have coupons and sales BUT & this is a big but !!! The manager there Miranda is absolutely rude and will have you not wanting to go back to that store at all. I actually debate driving to a different ulta when this one is 5 minutes from home and the other one is almost 25 mins from me. I have left out of that store twice with a problem and not even wanted to go back in and deal with her again I actually have to go back and return something because I went back in for the second time because I got the wrong thing and she told me I had the right product . It was definitely not the right thing & and now I have to go back tomorrow and return something I shouldnât have had to because she told me it was the thing I wanted. I am around $20 away from being a platinum member there and I have been in there a awful lot I literally live like right down the street but seriously ulta you can do better than having petty people running off customers and making them not even want to return. Sephora doesnât offer a lot of the stuff you do but their employees make you feel comfortable and welcome when you go in there they are helpful and nice so I almost would rather give them my money instead. A store you are SPENDING your money at should treat you respectful and nice regardless off how they feel and your manager at that store is extremely rude and will have you feeling like you donât ever want to shop there again !!! Your unprofessional demeanor and dismissal of my concerns as a customer was egregious. Not only did you insult me by running from behind the counter and getting into my personal space, in an attempt to attack me, your tactics of trying to weaponize security on a person of color for trying to make a return is saddening. The interaction did not warrant that, and you actually made the conversation between Abby and Marissa and I, more intense! Ulta needs to be clear in their return policy! I will never shop at this location again and I cant wait until the main office calls me back so that I can make them aware of how the General Manager treats persons of color.    Read moreStore is great & everyone is very friendly and helpful, but my issue is the brow bar. The first time I went I had an amazing experience. I made an appointment & they said theyâd call me as a reminder & I never went back because they didnât call me so therefore I forgot. I understand that people get busy & I know accidents happen. A few months later I walk in again & this time a girl named Abby does my appointment. Very pleased again with the service, I make another appointment & she says that Iâll receive a call for a reminded for my appointment, never received a call once again. I went in there this past Thursday. I told the lady about my previous experiences of never receiving a call & she asks if I want to try again. I tell her that Iâm pretty busy with work & I donât really have time to schedule an appointment & I havenât really been pleased with how their reminders werenât being done giving her a hint that I didnât want to & she still continues to pressure me into making an appointment so I end up scheduling. I remember my appointment because itâs today Saturday, but the point that Iâm getting at is no reminder call once again.
