Just in case people are wondering the process of making chicken wings is the same wherever you go. You take raw wings then deep fry them for five minutes. Then store them in the walk in. When you have an order you take the wings and deep fry them another five minutes. You can’t cook them only once. Just like French fries can’t be only cooked once to be considered French fries. Anyways, During which time the internal temp gets so high that a food borne illness would never survive. Can toxins be left over? Maybe, but that’s quite the stretch. Can a highly acidic buffalo sauce with butter in it have bacteria in it? Dunno does butter or hot sauce sitting on a counter make you sick? Probably not.
That TikTok video did get pretty popular and the guy didn’t have any viral videos before that. So take from that what you want. He said he didn’t get diarrhea and only projectile vommiting in the middle of the night. Well that video was made clearly before 5pm. So the chicken is supposed to be still in his stomach 6-8 hours after eating it? After eating only 2-3 wings? If he was so sour he must not have eaten anything for the rest of the night so by my calculations his projectile vommiting could also be considered the same as someone spitting on...

Read moreThis was my first visit to the Fairfield location, and unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. Upon arrival, there was no greeter at the door, so I seated myself and my son. After sitting down, I noticed that the staff seemed to overlook us for a few minutes, and we were not acknowledged. When the staff finally recognized us, I felt an uncomfortable reaction, as though they were surprised to see someone of color in the restaurant. Despite feeling uneasy, I decided to stay because I was hungry and expecting, and my son needed food as well.
Our waiter approached without introducing himself and immediately asked what we would like, which felt abrupt. It took a while to receive our drinks, and when the food arrived, it was cold. Even my five-year-old didn’t want to eat it. I was also surprised to see that guests who arrived after us received their meals before ours.
Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and service, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope the management addresses these issues so that future guests have a more...
