First time at the Community Theater and it was nicely laid out and looks like a beautiful venue. Recently at the Tab Benoit show we had balcony seats in the front row. The sound quality was not good because the woodwork in the front and the plexiglass obstruction caused a reverberation that made it difficult to listen to the music. We ended up standing in the back in order to get better sound quality. If we come back we will try to sit downstairs maybe a better sound experience.

I saw Al Dimeola a couple of weeks ago and it was my first time seeing a show since the theater reopened a few years ago. The only thing lacking is much lobby space at all but the seats were great, there was room for people to get to there seats without the whole row needing to stand like in some venues and the sound was excellent. I hope they can attract more bigger name acts that still will play smaller intimate venues like this because I look forward to going back soon.

Saw Rufus Wainwright here, and it was such a lovely experience. The show felt intimate. The seats are comfortable, they have a nice stage, and there are a few tiers of seating. It seems like any seat would work. Oh, and the lighting set the mood so well. I'm not sure if that was someone in-house or on the musicians team. But they did a great job. If I lived in the neighborhood, I would definitely be visiting for movies and live shows.
